I had a bad experience with US green card office. Where i paid my fees before 2 month and after one hour i asked for money refund! ( i didnt submit any document)

They told me to sent a letter to UK to process the refund. Which i did but after a debate why such letter is required while you can refund the money directly to my card as other companies do.

The letter sent on 10th Nov And till date nothing received from their side and my money not refunded.

In addition the support agent told me if i tell my story in public he will ban me from green card in future!

And they blocked my email, all emails sent to their support team is bounced back!

Was very helpful and explained in good detail as I have been having emails about green card postcode lotteries but does not apply to the uk at the moment but a company and a lady called Michelle if that’s her teal name who is based in Cyprus keeps sending out emails about it even though I informed her I’m in the UK and we do not qualify but she’s asking for £30 payments to qualify which is in correct.

Great and trusted service, I have used it for years now and are very happy with there service.
