US Jewelry Factory Reviews

Experience I’ve had with this company this far has been excellent. The gentleman I’ve been working with makes gorgeous pieces and has impeccable integrity. I would in good faith recommend them to absolutely anybody as a retired jeweler

I wrote a review several weeks ago about this company. It was my mistake not to 1st contact them to resolve any issues and questions I had before I wrote that.
I wanna say this company went above and beyond to answer all my questions and to send me certificates to assure me of authenticity. This company took the extra steps to show they cared about their customers. They followed through with their mission statement and I will do business with them again. Mark A.

Great quality and designs. You get what you really see on the website. I was skeptical about buying jewelry online and for sure will order again with us jewelry factory. Prices are very reasonable.

Always a great experience shopping with US Jewelry Factory! Lovely pendant, and fabulous customer service.

Shipped fast and received a beautiful ring. Thank you

My order was delivered so fast and I want to order more for different pendants. The necklace (beautiful) is perfect for my needs The cost...unbelievable for the product. Extremely reasonable. Thank you

Great company, great staff. Five stars to the trust and professionalism!! Thank you, Lidia

My experience so far has been good. My only complaint is you're still showing William Mitchell (my dad) when I receive emails and notifications when it should be Dustin Mitchell.

The product was better than expected. A fast delivery and a beautiful wedding band for my upcoming wedding. Couldn't be happier!

It is a wonderful experience. Very friendly customer service

I ordered a ring in yellow gold rather than white gold and immediately after my request I received confirmation this was possible. Ring manufactured and shipped to Australia within a few days. Very happy with price of purchase, communication and quality of product.

Communication is fast with the Seller which is very important. Likewise, they shipped fast. Craftsmanship is great! So far, I bought 3 rings already. And one set of earrings in lay away. And so many pieces in my favorite folder. I think my business with them is enough endorsement that you could trust US Jewelry Factory. They’re my favorite shop.

Great jewelry... good quality, beautiful.
Wonderful communication... fast delivery.
Very pleased.

Excellent experience! We flew to NYC from SC to visit the show room and it was an amazing experience! The ring is even more beautiful in person ! Great Customer Service !

Men's square diamond ring, great price, fast ship to Australia! Great quality, I get constant compliments and feel great when it's on. It never comes off.!!!.

Good price excellent quality and customer service

I would give US Jewelry Factory 500 stars! I received an absolutely stunning 2.69 carat diamond ring today. I am overwhelmed. The customer service and support offered by US Jewelry Factory cannot be topped by any other company that I have ever done business with. Their items are outstanding. The ring was an anniversary gift from my husband and lets just say, he will probably NEVER sleep on the couch again!!!! I would highly recommend this shop to anyone who is looking for beautiful jewelry. I cannot say enough about this company. They have treated me like a family member. I am so happy.
