Electric Doc Services LLC Reviews

I was scammed by a fake website called Philippines Arrival. It pretends to be the official Philippine government website for eArrival or travel registration, but it is not legitimate.

The site collected my personal information and charged my Visa card without clear consent. The amount was deducted immediately, and later I found out that the official government registration is completely free.

I trusted this site because it appeared on Google Ads, and everything looked professional. After realizing it was fake, I contacted my bank to block the card, but the transaction had already gone through.

This fake site is misleading travelers and should be reported and removed from both Google and Trustpilot to protect others from falling victim to the same scam.

Advice to others:
Please do not enter your personal data or payment information on this site. Use only the official Philippine Bureau of Quarantine or immigration website for travel registration.

Not worth even one star. They do exactly what the Malaysian govt website does and charge you 60usd while the service at the Malaysian govt website is FOR FREE!!
DON’T use this service, it adds NOTHING and should be forbidden. These people abuse the ignorance of the public to steal their money. Look for a link starting with imigresen-online.imi.gov.my

This is a scam. The Singapore entry card is free. I only realized it when they asked for money. I don't know what will happen to my data. Stay away!

Für einen Service, der sonst kostenlos ist, 52€ zu verlangen, ist Wucher. Sie sollten sich wirklich schämen.

THEY FRAUDULENTLY TOOK $79.99USD EACH FROM US FOR OUR SG ARRIVAL CARDS TO SINGAPORE - THE ARRIVAL CARDS ARE FREE!!!

IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD!!!

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM AND DISGUSTING!!!

THEY ARE MISLEADING AND PRAY ON PEOPLE NOT NOTICING THAT THEY ARE NOT AN OFFICIAL GOVERNMENT WEBSITE!!!

THEY ALSO STATE ON THEIR WEBSITE THAT ITS $19.99USD FOR A FAST TRACKED APPLICATION THEN CHARGE YOU $79.99USD ON CHECKOUT!!

DON’T RISK YOUR MONEY - THEY HAVE ALL THE EXCUSES NOT TO REFUND SO IM SHARING THIS TO STOP OTHERS BEING CONNED BU THEM!!!

EDOCS LLC Online provides 0 value. Their business model seems to be based on promoting their site in Google search results and having people use their site unknowingly. You can search reddit for a lot of users that got scammed by this site. Avoid this site as they just charge you extra and provide NO value at all.

Extremely deceitful service. Disguising their site as the UK Visa website praying on people who were not aware of recent visa changes in the UK. Immediately realised after purchasing and requested to cancel (immediate contact) and was told 3 hours later too bad/too late as they submit the request already

I wrote in google Malaysian arrival card and this came as first. But this is not the official arrival card website. Here they charge you 60$+20$ (urgent). While IT'S FREE!!! On the government website it's instant and free!!! TOTAL SCAM! Illegal!!! Never use it

It's a scam, they bought there no.1 place at the search engine and ask for fees 10 times higher than the costs and process it slower. Legal scam supported by google.

Scam! Charged $60 for a free entry to japan. They never sent QR code. I’m afraid they can use my passport information for illegal purposes

Don't use this service. There is an official service that is free and instant.

What is worse, on realising this I cancelled the service but haven't been given a refund. The upside is I paid by credit card and the bank will recover the payment.

What is even better is that I can warn anyone who is going to use this service not to.

Seriously use the official one, it's free and instant.

scam. becareful

As someone who hates paperwork, eDocs Online was a lifesaver. Their website is clear, the instructions simple, and I had zero issues with my arrival card. Bonus: it was much faster than I expected. Five stars!

The worst experience. It's a scam, not clear website. They set a trap. They charge you for a free service. Stay away this website.

This company charges $60 for a Malaysian entry card which is free!! yes free!!
Go to the Malaysian Government website, the process takes 5 mins.

I had to leave for a family emergency and did not read the website properly.. It was the first website that popped up on Google and I just wanted to make sure nothing gets in the way of travelling.

The Website mirrors the immigration process/steps perfectly to the Philippine App that is provided by the government. It stated that it could take 72h or for a fee I could have the confirmation within an hour.
So I got an confirmation and QR-Code. However, when I signed up with the legit government App (https etravel gov ph) I got another QR-Code which has an official sign in the middle.
Reading the other reviews, it seems that the QR-Code I paid for was fraud.

I am heartbroken that people make money off of other people's misery.

Don’t trust this site. You can’t charge USD$60 for filling up a Malaysian DTAC form that is free.

Don’t use this service. I mistakenly trusted them and applied for a visitor declaration form for NZ. They charged me $100 AUD. You can put in the same information and get the same outcome for free on the official NZ gov website. EDOCS charges you for no additional benefit and it takes longer. Avoid.

I paid for 1 hours service from edocs online for my Cambodian arrival document. The service was quick abd took my money instantly.
However on arriving at the airport immigration would not accept my document abd I had to process it again at the airport for30 dollars on top of 79.99 dollars charged by edocs
I would suggest no one uses this company. I asked for a refund and they refused
