US Star Trucking LLC

We hired US Star Trucking LLC to ship a car from FL to MO. We signed a contract for one price, they asked for a $100 deposit, then ultimately took $600 (issue #1). The person arranging payments had us use a Paypal account and then a Xoom account because they claimed the first payment method did not go through (found out it did the next day (lying issue #2). The person taking the deposit over the phone was rude, dismissive, overbearing, arrogant and steam-rolled any objections to his mannerisms (issue #3). The day before the car arrived the delivery driver asked for $1500 and said they hadn't been paid, didn't know who the contact was at US Star Trucking LLC which was odd because how did said delivery driver get my contact info to ask for (additional) payment? (issues #4 lying and probably in cahoots and #5 switch and bait). ATP I am waiting with signed contract, proof of the two bank transactions where they took payment and the police.

Shipped my slingshot in an timely manner. Scott Klein was very professional and straight forward unlike the other brokers. Will definitely recommend this company. I appreciate you Scott.

John Adams an incredibly logistics professional who ensures everything runs like clockwork.

Please see prior review I meant to give one star only not five if I could have given zero I would have

I would give 0 stars if I could.

My experience with US Star Trucking LLC was extremely disappointing. I booked vehicle transportation during a military PCS move and was given assurances regarding pickup timing. When the scheduled pickup did not happen, communication became unreliable and I was left without clear answers or a realistic timeline.

Because of the lack of communication and failure to arrange transportation as promised, I was forced to find another company at a significantly higher cost just to ensure my vehicle would arrive where it needed to be. This created unnecessary stress, financial hardship, and uncertainty for my family during an already challenging military relocation.

What is most frustrating is that after acknowledging the stress and financial burden their service caused, the company refused to take any responsibility and simply pointed to contract language stating they are only a broker. In my opinion, if a company accepts payment to coordinate transportation, customers should reasonably expect timely communication, accountability, and assistance when problems arise.

I would strongly caution anyone—especially military families working under strict relocation timelines—before using this company. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend US Star Trucking LLC.

James Hunt was very responsive throughout the entire process. I’ve now used his services a couple of times and he has done a great job!

I had a great experience with this company they went out there way to help bring the Bmw from California to Miami and they helped us out a lot with the price the staff and driver was wonderful my rating I would give them is a 💯 for show no problem tracked us all the way until we received the car think you all very much really appreciated your business and I will use you again

They lie about price and want your card. Then charge it and try getting you to take a higher price last minute.
Do not trust them. If you be so deceptive how sure your car will arrive

The worst. I was warned about this kind of company, and I should have listened.

In summary, they pulled a bait and switch on the price, and missed the delivery timeframe that we agreed on. The worst.

They provided an outstanding offer of only $250 to transport a car I bought online from Cincinnati to Atlanta. They sent me a contract. I signed it. We had an agreement at $250.

Then, once it was too late for me to book another company, they came to me demanding $575 to get the car. Outrageous! More than double what we agreed on and had a contract for!

After some haggling, they came down to $400. Which is still 60% more than we had agreed on, and still outrageous. So they sent me another meaningless contract. Which I signed.

They did get the car, and the delivery was ok, although it arrived late in the day when it was supposed to be here by 8am. I had to completely rearrange the schedule from what was promised.

In sum, they pulled a bait and switch on the price, and missed the delivery timeframe that we agreed on. The worst.

I recently used this service, Tim Carter, sales person is amazing
He responded quickly, very calm, no pushy behavior
Price was reasonable, he followed regularly till the vehicle was delivered
I am impressed

Great experience! Mr John Adams was very professional, friendly, from start to finish. I will recommend US Star Trucking LLC.

John Adams did a great job. Communicated everything very well. Thank you!

This company is very reliable

If I could give them negative scores I would/ They quoted me a sum to transport my car on a Friday. Friday came and they pulled the old, we cannot find some one to take it but we can for 2 and 1/2 more than the quote. I needed the car transported so I agreed. They did not pick up the car Friday Saturday or Sunday after many promises to pick it up. They never did pick it up. Terrible people. Stay away from them

I loved service to ship my car from tampa, Fl to Austin, TX. Price was affordable. Joseph did good job. Only reason it being 4 is that my vehicle pick up was delayed by 4 days. The delivery guy Tamayo was awesome. Kept me informed and sent pics of car before and after pickup since i was not present at either location.

Tony was very honest and great in communicating everything so I had no worries about anything. He did whatever he had to do to get it going, with no damage, for the amount agreed upon and earlier than I expected. Thank you Tony. Everyone in his office was polite and professional. Thank you Again !

Decent price with fast transport and it is one of the best. Agents name was Ema i suggest her for everyone

Car delivered in less than 24 hours, as agreed. Fast, professional and careful.

I deal with Joseph. He is very helpfull and knowledgeable.

Great experience. Had been looking for shipping a fairly short distance and was getting quotes and contracts that would not guarantee a rate. Joseph contacted me, gave me a fair guaranteed price, and had my car on a truck and delivered within the same day! Both he and Charles, the driver, communicated with me through out the entire process. Was only charged what was agreed on. They both helped to make what could have been a stressful and needlessly difficult process easy and convenient at a fair price. Would recommend and use again.
