Good communication, good price for the work being done. Have used them before and plan to use again if I have the need for automotive transport in the future.

Broken windshield and scratches at the delivery
My car left in perfect condition and scratches, dents and windshield broker. I have reached out to the company 3 times and no one will respond to my requests to ask the driver what happened. It arrived 3 days late and at night—I believe in an attempt to fix and hide the damage. It looks like someone tried to retouch it because the texture is all uneven and bumpy in addition to being dented. The damage is unusually high and could not have been caused simply by being hit by or backed into another car. Something definitely happened in transit. Like others, I was also quoted one price and after paying the deposit, was told it would be another $100. I felt they had me over a barrel and couldn’t back out. I will never use them again.
customer support is horrible.

They took my money but no truck
I'm now 24.hours from the end of their window for finding a transport for my car. They have my payment for services, I've already called and written to their customer service department (no response), and I have no transport arranged. I'll remove this post if they find a teuck for me, but it looks like they'll fail.
