We had an incredible experience with U Store It from start to finish. The staff are exceptional and are incredibly helpful. We used U Store It for a few months until we found our forever home and using this service had made the moving process so much easier.

The staff are all great to deal with, with good communication and were very helpful other the several months I had a storage unit at Charlestown.
The place is clean and functional with plenty of good trolleys available for ease of moving items large and small. The singular large flat trolley was especially useful for those extra large items. It was always a pleasure to visit and would recommend to others.

Moved some stuff into the U Store It facility in Waterford. The units themselves are fantastic and ideal for what I needed. The staff were exceptional and made the whole process extraordinarily easy.

Shane and the whole team were absolutely amazing. Anytime I needed after hour access they would arrange it for me no issues! Very open and communicative. An absolutely amazing team!

The girls at U Store IT are absolutely super, nothing is too much for them, they helped me pick ideal storage and settle in. Best place in Cork in Cork for storage, safe to visit on dark evenings when on my own and always accessible.

UStoreIt Cork are a great storage option, premises is spotlessly clean & very conveniently located, staff are super friendly and efficient. All in all an excellent service...
If I had to ask for one thing it would be for a extra paid service for UStoreIt staff to take our deliveries to our storage unit.

Rented a storage space here as we were collecting aid to send to jamaica after hurricane Melissa ripped the island apart. We Rented in the Charlestown branch. We were extremely happy with the service we got, staff was very friendly and nothing was ever a bother at any stage. We are very grateful for the wonderful service we received and would definitely recommend.

Great introduction by staff into how best to avail of storage facilities.
Good tour of area and security systems.
All goods in good condition at the end of 5 months .
Would recommend to anyone moving house or getting renovations.

Luke & Katie were just so helpful and fast in getting back to us and organising everything.
Katie was amazing at organising the appointment and getting back with quotes.
Then upon arriving Luke was super fast and efficient at showing us different sizes of spaces, explaining everything and making sure we got a great price.
We are very happy with our purchase and can’t wait to start storing!
