I used Uswitch last year to get best deals from energy suppliers and glad I kept the telephone number , i have saved again this year by phoning Uswitch for best deals , it's so easy they do it all for you and with such a friendly manner.... they are also going to let me know when my new tariff comes to an end so I can again save money on my fuel Bill's....

I would normally do everything online but my current energy provider (e.on), make accessing factual information rather than guesstimates really difficult. E.on are impossible to contact at the moment and I was going round in circles on comparison sites. I was surprised to see a phone number on USwitch but thought I would give it a try.
I think there was only one menu to choose an option from then I spoke to a real person (Judy), really quickly.
Judy helped me look at the best options and explored the difference between using e.on’s estimated figures and what I think is our actual usage.
She also explained how the “saving” figure was calculated and could assure me that small energy companies on Uswitch are still under Ofgem.
I switched to a different supplier just by giving a few details over the phone. It was really easy.
If I hadn’t been able to talk to anyone then I still wouldn’t have done anything about switching suppliers yet and would still be worrying about our current tariff coming to an end.
I would definitely recommend using Uswitch- particularly to people who aren’t confident using the internet but also if you just can’t find the information needed to use a price comparison site.

I wasn't sure about a few things regarding switching energy suppliers until I spoke online with Karl. He was really helpful and answered all my questions with ease. I called today after never using this company before and the advisor Julie Tate was absolutely brilliant.she went through everything with me and made sure I understood.very professional and lovely lady.i switched my energy supplier at great ease and saved myself nearly 300 a year.i will definitely be using again.

I spoke to two staff members in switching tariff and they were both really lovely and friendly the whole way through - Julie was the second person I spoke to and was fantastic in helping me get the best deal.

I have just joined uswitch for cheap energy very pleasant manner Quick and easy

I am giving 3 stars up to now based on my current experience but will do an update if things change
I have used Uswich before and been satisfied but last week I tried to switch energy supplier via Topcashback then Uswitch`s website because Topcashback were offering me £30 to switch but could not complete the process because Uswitch`s website would not accept my sort code details.
So I phoned them up and completed the process using the same sort code that had previously been rejected. The Uswitch advisor told me to ring them up on Monday to put in a claim for the missing £30 switch which I did but the 2nd advisor was a bit sarcastic and dismissive and refused to look at my problem .If there is something wrong with their website why should I lose out ?
I have now sent Uswitch an email . They have various ways they can pay me the £30 but if they do not I will stop the switch and then use another company to do the switch again. In fact I have already seen one this morning that is offering £36

Alice the Uswitch representative was very helpful courteous and patient with the whole process of switching my energy supplier.
Being some one who was not familiar with the process it was well explained and seamlessly put into practice.
