enrolled in the AI Prompting course (June 2025 cohort) and paid full tuition.
The course content itself was valuable, but the overall experience turned out to be disappointing.
Due to frequent business travel with IBM, I couldn’t finish one small part before the cohort officially ended. Even though I completed most modules and still have access to the course until 2026, the team refused to issue my certificate — unless I pay again to re-enroll.
I find this policy unfair and discouraging, especially for professionals who genuinely try to continue learning while balancing work responsibilities. A little flexibility would go a long way in building trust and long-term relationships with students.
Unfortunately, this experience has made me hesitant to recommend or retake any future courses with this program.

The 8 months Postgraduate Program in Data Science and Business Analytics at the University of Texas at Austin has been truly transformative. I came in with curiosity and left with confidence — equipped to turn data into strategic insights.

The staff and faculty at UT Austin are first class. Everyone is ready to help you at every turn. The content of the program is highly applicable to real life. Instructors are very personable and experts in their field. This program gives me the tools and confidence to pivot my career in the direction I want to go. Two of my friends signed up for the program when they heard about what I was learning. The are already doing the pre-work.
