Application for Indian Tourist e-visa
We had a lot of hassle trying to fill the Indian tourist application e-visa ourselves on our IPad and then our son tried on his laptop and managed to get a response but could not pay the fee online.Apparently this is a common problem on the Google search engine and it is absolutely shocking.
The Indian Government consul for Manchester seems to have disappeared without trace and we had no other option but to use the services of Uniique Visa Services who managed to obtain the visa for us miraculously in two days.

Could have been better
Raj was friendly, however another colleague was rude over the phone and processed my VISA in a slow and delayed way, as I was not listened to and was hung up on. I have applied for Chinese VISAs independently in the past and found this surprisingly difficult compared to just doing it myself. Could have been much simpler based on past experiences.

Extremely helpful, polite and fast!
Extremely helpful and polite and quick and fast service! I had my initial application rejected due to a damaged passport and he couldn't have been more helpful getting the problem resolved, even giving me advice on how to get a passport quicker. And at the end of this I had a visa within five days of my initial rejection!
