Quick and efficient
Very quick and efficient but as others have said, more payment options would be appreciated as felt uncomfortable reading bank details over the phone in public

Generally good, but more payment options would be better.
The process was overall easy and fairly quick, but I felt slightly uncomfortable with the only option for payment being over the phone, as I would have preferred not to have had to say my card details out loud in a public space.
