I have left my original p[ost below but... after reading the review I left, the owner of the business got in touch straight away. They explained that the machine had been refitted with an improved wheel, hence it having being assembled previously. The missing bolt was obviously an issue and they wanted to get that sorted.

Things can go wrong from time to time but it is nice to know that Uzi Sports care about getting it right and I know they will sort this issue for me.

The bit that went well was the online chat function. I was buying a bowling machine and had a couple of questions which were quickly answered by the online support / shop.

That was the end of the good news. Online it was suggested that if I ordered at that moment and selected the priority (higher price) delivery, that I would get the goods on Monday. The first let down was that delivery did not come until the Tuesday.

What made things a lot worse was that the bowling machine delivered had clearly been used before. There were no instructions provided for assembly and clearly the nuts and bolts were scratched from usage. There was a bolt missing too.

At no point was it made clear that I was buying a display model and for it to arrive without instructions, parts missing was highly disappointing.

Ordering was easy although I had a little difficulty at checkout when I did not get confirmation of my order but a software error message. I checked my basket and the item was still there so I used the chat facility to raise a query. I was advised to go through checkout again and I was promised that I would get a refund if I was charged twice. I was charged twice and contacted Uzi Sports and received the refund in minutes. The item is due to be delivered just two days after ordering.

Very good selection of cricket bats and at very reasonable price. Uzi is very knowledgeable and helpful.

Communication has been good to say order accepted and now shipping details sent through, all very quick. So far all is good and no issues, just awaiting the parcel to turn up which is for my sons birthday

Great service and amazing products. They helped pick out the perfect bat for me and it was delivered the following day. The bat is one of their own 'Uzi' bats and it really is a gun. Recommending them to everyone.
