VA Art-Glass e-Shop Reviews

I ordered a glass protector for my ceramic hob. The delivery was speedy, it came in a well packaged parcel and I was kept informed of the delivery progress.
I am delighted with the glass protector, it looks far better than I could imagine and looks more expensive than I paid for it. I would recommend this company, everything ran smoothly from ordering to the finished product in my kitchen 😊😊

I am so grateful to have found VA Art-Glass , as I had emailed one or two others just for a little information and know one got in touch with me at all ..
when I looked at VA Art online , I loved how the site was laid out , with clear images , and information on size which could be adapted to your needs ..
I talked to Artur by phone and he was happy to discuss , and even suggest different ideas without trying to rush through the conversation ..which pleased me no end .. that’s hard to find these days .. I continued with Violetta whom from start to finish communicated with me at every step , clearly confirming everything before my order was complete ..
delivery was efficient with a very well protected and packaged product , with no damage on arrival ..
finally … I loved my beautiful glass wall art , which Artur had suggested to enhance the colour , which made the piece that little bit more vibrant and striking .. .. I am so so pleased .. Artur and Violetta are a great team .. where product and customer satisfaction are priority .. thank you both .. Susi

Just received my Glass Splash Back from VA Art Glass, I totally LOVE it! I have just had a new kitchen installed and didn't want a boring plain splash back. Found these guys on internet so many to choose from or you can send a photo and they will make it up for you. I LOVE my lime dropping into water, So So Pleased I didn't go for boring plain black. Thank You Violetta and Team xx

I was bought a sea spray necklace and earrings for my birthday recently. It’s stunning jewellery, really captures the moods of the seas, and beautifully packaged, also the lovely Julia was really helpful when I enquired if I could buy 1 earring as I lost 1, she was happy to make another earring and offered to clean up the other , so they matched, but in the mean time , my partner secretly ordered me another pair, on realising this, my partner was able to adjust order so I got another pair from different collection. And Julia posted new odd 1 and new pair together , save on post and my footprint 👣 cannot wait to visit shop

We have a non standard (and large) induction hob and I wanted a glass cover. VA Art could not have been more helpful, answering my multiple queries very quickly and efficiently. They found exactly the image I was looking for and the order duly arrived pretty much to the day they said it would. It looked even better than I had expected. Excellent products, excellent prices and excellent service. Highly recommended

I rarely leave feedback but feel compelled to do so for my recent experience with vaartglass. I was about to purchase an abstract print via eBay but thought that I would check out their website first. So glad I did as the print I was about to order was on sale - I saved £20 by ordering direct. The communication was great and the glass print was received in just under a week. I am very satisfied with the service and love the abstract print!

Easy to navigate Web site with a huge choice. Excellent communication with all staff. Kept informed of delivery status and arrived on time. Excellent product and highly recommended.

I ordered 2 hob covers keeping my fingers crossed they would be as nice as the photo and I was not disappointed. They are beautiful. I am so happy with them. I did email them to check on delivery and I received an email back saying they would arrive in the next 24 hours and they did. Brilliant

Excellent customer service with a brilliant product delivered in good time would definitely use again
