I have ordered from this company multiple times. While I fully appreciate the market for refurbished and reconditioned goods, there is a clear lack of attention when it comes to testing products before they are shipped out.
It is incredibly frustrating to receive items only to find out they don't work. If this had happened just once, I would understand that mistakes happen. However, because this has now occurred on several occasions, I have lost confidence in their quality control. It is with great regret that I will not be ordering from them again. They seriously need to improve their pre-delivery inspections to fix their customer experience.

Very bad customer service went to the pukekohe branch the manager there is very rude and not helpful I needed a new hose for my vacuum he gave me one it was the wrong size I went back he said they would order they never ring to say they ordered it I went back they don’t want to refund the money manager is useless

Ordered filters online, no tracking number provided when order was confirmed. Called up 3 weeks after the order was placed and I was advised that someone would get back to me. A week later I still hadn't heard anything. Called today (2 days shy of 4 weeks) and was advised they would call me back in 30 minutes. Still waiting. I have now disputed transaction with my bank.

We ordered a Dyson DC07 through their Ebay site. It arrived very quickly and for a refurbished machine we were happy. Unfortunately, only 4 months after taking delivery, whilst using the vacuum, it started to make a high pitched sound and smoke started bellowing out of the motor housing. We contacted the company via the Ebay and explained what had happened. A day or 2 later "Gary" responded asking me to explain the issues, despite having already providing full details. Since then nothing more, no response from them whatsoever, either directly through their contact link on their own website or via Ebay. We are now left with an unusable DC07, which was purchased middle of July 23 and despite their 1 year motor warranty, we have been completely left in the lurch. Ineffective customer service and a meaningless warranty, Will never purchase from them again! Awful.

The repair parts fit and all is well, shipping was as promised.
Nowadays that says it all; I got what I needed and shipped on time.

The customer service is really bad, they never respond to emails.

Placed an order a month ago and still haven’t received the products. Made 3 attempts to contact the company with zero response. Now hoping my credit card company can make progress.

Ordered a replacement part on January 14. It's now February 7 and I have received no updates regarding the status. Status online says "order confirmed". Followed up twice by email with no response. Found a phone number on the website and you can't speak anyone as they force you to leave a message. This is terrible customer service. Send me my product or return my money!

UPDATE: As of 2/7/2020, a credit was issued. Thank you.
Still have not received any return calls or emails. However, based on the return of my funds, I have changed from 1 to 2 stars.

Only 1 Star, Since I had to select something. Placed a spare part order 1/18/2020. Was billed. Received Order Confirmation. Have not received product or tracking information. Now they will not respond to E-mail or phone calls. E-Mails were being bounced back with invalid address at one point. All phone calls go to voice mail and they will not return my call. Cannot track order online. DO not recommend them.

Day 6 Since Review: Still No One will answer Phone, Return Voice Mail or Reply to E-Mails.

Ordered some parts in November. Paid for them and received nothing. The company does not respond to email or phone calls or messages. I am disputing the transaction now. Waste of my time.

I bought an end cap to fix my Dyson and had gotten the wrong part so I tried to contact them for a "hassle-free" return and to this day have gotten no response. I left numerous messages, sent several emails and NOTHING. I decided to go elsewhere. What customer service? There was none.

I placed an order for items totaling over $100. They confirmed order and immediately charged me. After a week with no further information about shipping or any updates at all, I emailed and called them. Email went unanswered and their “customer service” call line automatically bumps to voicemail, which I left, also unanswered.
Weeks later, several more emails and voicemails later, still zero response, zero updates, and no items from my order have been sent to me.
I am in process of disputing charges and consider this company to be a complete scam.
How reputable vacuum brands (Dyson, Miele etc.) are sold on their site is unbelievable to me, they should discontinue their relationship with this company completely.
In short, total scammers! Do yourself a favor and DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!

BUYERS BEWARE!!!After many attempts to email & phone the company about the status of my order I never received a reply. Had to file a complaint with PayPal to get my money returned to my credit card. This company has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with.

I bought vacuum and suction was really bad from day one I tried to call them on number provided nearly one month but no answer at all they put me on hold more than 40 min and my call drops automatically . Tried to send them email nothing happen so far . Unbelievably Bad service

the product was excellent and was correct as stated in website.
Watch a YouTube video to show how to install the pedal plunger and it was great and worked EXCELLENT. Highly recommend VacuumDirect.com for ALL your vacuum parts.

They are slow at processing and shipping orders considering I live about 2 hrs from them. I keep getting emails saying my order was on the way even after It was delivered.
