DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMAPNY

I ordered two deadpool knifeblocks on November 30th as Christmas presents. They arrived on January 8th....their excuse you ask? They were busy. After diligently following the tracking information multiple times every day, I can tell you my items sat in their warehouse waiting to be "picked up" for shipping for 23 days! 23 days! They didn't ship from CHINA until the 23rd. Think I'm going to get these in time for Christmas? No way! Valar wouldn't cancel the order BEFORE it even shipped, Paypal wouldn't help at all....I urge everybody to spend more money and buy the product from another place that's in the US. Companies like this need to be shut down. Seriously...how is it legal to just wait 20 days to ship after somebody orders something from you? How much longer can they wait before it's illegal? 3 months? 6 months? a year? This company didn't say ANYTHING about shipping out of china. Not anywhere on the items page, or at checkout...and I think I know why. Because they're filthy liars. Beware... this is a shady, dirty company.

They never sent my package and when i asked to be refound say that is not their fault. Stay away, THIEVES!!!!

So it did take about 10 weeks of frustration, messing with poor customer service and bad tracking numbers, but my Deadpool knife block DID finally come in and it was a HUGE hit with my friends who received it as a a gift. I thought about opening a claim with my bank, but when I saw that this same knife block was going for $80+ dollars on placed like eBay, etc,
I decided to wait it out. I’m glad I did.

Bought item, they provided a fake tracking number. After I filed a claim about the missing package they sent another tracking number that shows they shipped the item after I made the claim with paypal. The item is marked as delivered but never received. they're clearly scammers AVOID!!!!

Alright a couple days ago I wrote a review that said it's been almost a month month and a 1/2 and I haven't received it I thought I was getting scammed because when I tried to find my tracking number it was nonexistent but here i am living breathing proof that it finally arrived And it looks all right they really just need to say in their website that it's going to take at least 2 months before it arrives but as in that I'm good so I feel better now

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. Order placed on Nov 18, and never got the confirmation that it was shipped or a response when i inquired with customer support. It wasnt until i set up complaint with PAypal and requested a refund on Dec 23 that i finally got an email that offered "FAQs" and a bogus shipment number that said the item was STILL in china, when the item was listed to be received prior to Christmas! BAD BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES. NO COMMUNICATION

Doesn't deliver on time and refuses to cancel or refund.

I ordered an item on November 17th and when it became obvious that they would never be able to deliver in time for my out of country trip on December 13th (it was a Christmas gift for an out of country friend,) I emailed to cancel. The item hadn't shipped yet and they asked me to wait longer and apologized profusely. I waited as long as possible (2 more days), but then insisted on cancellation. They then told me that now it was too late to cancel. This item didn't arrive until December 27th! By then, not only had my trip come and gone, but so had Christmas, rendering the item useless.

I tried to do a PayPal dispute, but because the company was able to provide tracking information, the dispute was decided in their favor. I warn everyone against ordering from a company who won't let you cancel an item BEFORE it ships!!!

Once order was placed they sent a tracking number which did not work, I waited 3 weeks to see if my item would arrive as sometimes the issue can be with the courier. When I contacted them, the customer service is no existent and only got a response when I opened a claim with Paypal. When they finally respond it is only with a stock response asking for my patients, they then sent a new tracking number which worked and showed the package had not yet been dispatched. I cancelled the order but they sent it anyway making it harder to get a refund which i had asked for. The item was not even from their shop, it was from China (which was not indicated on their site) meaning they were just the middle man and they still got it wrong!

Looks like im in the same boat as everyone else. I placed my order for the deadpool knife block mid novemeber. Got my tracking number shortly after. A few days before Christmas i emailed them asking for an update. They stated it would take 20-30days to arrive after i got the tracking but that they contacted the carrier to expedite shipping. Well its 2 more weeks later and i have npt received a thing. I tried to track my order and the site is down. I finally got through to he able to track my package through the old email and the tracking said expired. WTH!! This was a christmas gift for my boyfriend for our new house. I am so upset. I didnt have money to waste and since i already showed him the product hes going to be sp disappointed. What a disgrace you are Valar stpre!!!! I hope karma bites you in the butt ten fold! I will be contacting paypal and the BBB for any help with a refund. Good luck to the rest of you!

Like everyone else, I've got the the problem that the site has been taken down. At this point, my order was on the way. I contacted them via PayPal they said that I should waiting a few more days for my order to arrive. The site is online again and I've got my order even earlier than I expected. Everything is fine I'm satisfied with the product despite the few problems.

My order still hasn't arrived and I placed the order on Nov 19, 40 days ago.I have contacted them several times and have only received a generic pre written reply.

Omg so my Deadpool knife block finally showed up and it's BROKEN! Can't contact anyone about this. Going to dispute this with PayPal. So upset

Valar store has reopened for business under another phone name this time its KOOUNJI....pass it along so no one else gets taken

It was a total scam. I ordered a gift on the 18th of November and contacted the support, they said the tracking number was just messed up and it has shipped. Then I actually got a working tracking number 7 days after it should have arrived originally. I asked if they could guarantee it before the 22nd, and that's today. No one contacted me since and my tracking number "expired."

I ordered the Deadpool knife Block on November 14th amd it's December 21st and it's still not here! I emailed them twice
The first time they said they would rush the order to be here by December 17th and now they don't reply and the websight is down!

Like everyone else here, I ordered and paid for the Deadpool butcher block on Dec 2. The tracking number never worked and now the Valar website is down. Its a scam. Stay away.
I believe in karma and one day, some really bad stuffis coming to the people behind Valar stores. They're due.

Great, now their store is offline. So I wonder how many people they scammed. Facebook should really see if a company is legit before advertising for them. They stole my money and my faith in ordering from other companies. I am livid.

I only clicked one star so that I could leave a review, but I would rather not even give them any stars. Now I'm p!ssed. Super duper p!ssed. I'm already broke, it's been a bang up sh!tty year so I wanted to buy the Deadpool knife block for an amazing friend who helped me tremendously this year, and now I'm out this money and legit have zero money before Christmas to try and buy him another gift. I feel stupid. I read their reviews , obviously fake reviews now in hindsight, saw them all over Facebook, and felt sure about my order. Then when they duped me with two different emails and two different tracking numbers on two different dates I knew something was up. Hopefully my Wells Fargo account has security for something like this. All I can say is shame on the a$$hole scammers. I hope you are caught and prosecuted, but that won't even be enough for filthy scum like you.

Omg I wish I had read this before ordering. Just sent my fourth email to their support email address for a Deadpool knife block that now I know I'll never receive 😡
Thank you to other reviews for the guidance on how to call to report this scam.
Facebook should also take responsibility as it was through my account that I saw this company. And I read reviews that did not indicate any issues!
So angry at the wasted money for a gift that will never arrive.

I ordered an item on November 16th. After trying to contact customer service numerous times, with no response, I had to open a claim through PayPal on December 14th to get my money back. Seller claims item shipped but tracking number is invalid. Very shady and dishonest company. Beware!
