The appearance of the result on my scalp looked patchy and light brown from my perspective, similar to henna. This made it appear very noticeable. In addition, it was extremely difficult to wash the stains out again. I was almost unable to attend the event I had originally tested the product for the following day. A return of the product was not accepted, so I was left covering the cost. I also refused a replacement in the form of a black tube, as I fundamentally did not like the product at all. Furthermore, I found the communication with the seller to be very unfriendly and lacking understanding. Fortunately, PayPal refunded my money as a goodwill gesture, allowing me to finally put the matter behind me.

Product is 70% Natural and 30% Synthetic. You were offered black color instead of brown which you said wasn't correct color. If your hair is black then you kindly are adviced to select black color and not brown 😊

Köpte batana oil elixir kit och fick en batana extrakt på köpet och måste säga att jag är väldigt nöjd med alla produkter

Mitt hår har ALDRIG mått så bra eller sett så bra ut och tror inte att jag köper kemikalier igen
