We recently ordered some back to school items for September. I got in contact with the seller a short while after purchase to ask when they’d be arriving as we had a bit of a time scale, and she was very friendly and accommodating to my query. The items turned up very quickly following our chat, and are just gorgeous - lovely material, bright colours, just perfect. My daughter is desperate to get back to school to show them off - thank you and we will definitely purchase again xxxx

I messaged Valentina’s Boutique just a few days before my daughter’s birthday, hoping to get her a personalised suitcase. They were incredibly accommodating, responded straight away, and managed to have it ready in time for her birthday.

The suitcase and spray are absolutely stunning better than I ever imagined. The quality is amazing, and my daughter absolutely loved it. I couldn’t be happier with the service and the finished products. I highly recommend Valentina’s Boutique!

Unbelievable company, excellent communication, super reliable and got the case set and blankets to me supper quick.

I ordered a personalised suitcase and specifically requested a blue case. Before placing my order, I was advised that although a blue case was not available, the suitcase could be sprayed blue. I also included this requirement in my order notes.

After placing the order, I was contacted and informed that the original case was unavailable and was offered an alternative. Before agreeing to this change, I specifically asked whether the suitcase would still be blue and whether it would be exactly the same as originally requested. I was assured that it would be.

When the suitcase arrived, it was not blue as agreed. During subsequent discussions, I was informed that the change in case colour meant the blue effect could not be achieved. However, this was never explained to me before I agreed to the substitute case. Had I been made aware that the finished product would differ from my original order, I would not have agreed to the change.

I was also told that I should have known that a blue mist effect would not show up on a grey case. As a customer, I do not feel it was reasonable to expect me to understand the limitations of the seller's process. If the requested finish could not be achieved on the replacement case, this should have been clearly communicated before the order was completed.

I was disappointed with both the outcome and the handling of my complaint. During our correspondence, I was told that the seller did not have time to read my "ChatGPT messages", despite the fact that I was simply setting out my concerns and referring to the previous communications regarding my order. I also feel that important details of my order, including the note requesting a blue background, were not properly considered.

A 20% refund was eventually offered and processed, which I appreciate. However, I remain disappointed that the item received did not match what had been agreed prior to dispatch. While a full refund was offered upon return of the suitcase, I would have been required to cover the return postage costs myself, despite the issue arising from the order not being supplied as agreed.

Overall, I found the customer service disappointing and felt that there was little acknowledgement of the mistakes that had occurred. I spent a significant amount of money on a personalised item for my daughter and unfortunately received a product that was not what had been requested.

My advice to future customers would be to obtain written confirmation of all specifications and to seek clarification if any changes are made to the order after it has been placed.

Purchased a dress for my daughter, when it arrived it did not fit her as expected. When I got in contact with the company to return and get a refund, they offered me compensation in the form of a 10% refund of the full purchase amount.
Would not recommend this online store.

I recently ordered a vanity suitcase & cups (drinking in style @ the pool) for our holiday & dance show from Valentina’s Fashion Boutique and had a fantastic experience. The communication was excellent from start to finish, which really put me at ease and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

The items I received are absolutely beautiful—great quality and exactly as described. You can really tell there’s care put into both the products and customer service.
