Your website slider gave the wrong tonnage,therefore making me think I was getting a tonne deal !!!!
The receptionist did NOT make sure the details of the delivery address were as instructed.
All in all a total shambles.
I have been dealing with Valentines for over 50 years, yes read that bit again , one of the few studio potters still upright and still a customer.
Unfortunately this company is one of only a few now producing clays .

I've only had one problem with the…
I've only had one problem with the product when two bags of clay had small pea-sized lumps in them. Collection from Valentine's has always been problem free and bulk delivery was timely and efficient.
My main concern is with the website. If only it had a search button where you could type in the name or product number to find what you want, it would make things easier. Also it is a shame that the reception has been closed for so long meaning there is no access to the collection of ceramics next to it or to exhibitions on the first floor.
