Delivery poor - no communication from them
Products are good but delivery is really bad. Specifically ordered enough to gain Express Delivery and four days later still haven’t received my order. Have received multiple ‘hope you’re enjoying your purchase’ emails!!! Still waiting for my order - really disappointed - no communication from them to advise delay and had to chase up order. Following my call it’s apparently been despatched today!!

The Valentte range is beautiful
The Valentte range is beautiful! My home has never smelt so fresh and homely.
My absolute favourite scent is Turkish rose and sandalwood! I have the diffusers everywhere and the essential oils for my diffusers. Not overpowering and they last for months! The candles are also lovely and burn all the way to the bottom, great for gifting too.
Very happy - I’m just keeping every crossed that they don’t ever discontinue my fave!

Am I right in thinking your offer of 4 full sets for under £40
But 4 refills are £17.99 each one.
I don’t understand why you charge more for your re-fills of reed diffusers at £17.99 for each refill but then charge approx £10 for the entire set. Why would anyone continually reorder the entire diffuser sets, accumulating endless glass bottles.

Very disappointed
Very disappointed. After seeing all the 5 star reviews on Facebook I ordered the Portifino Bay reed diffuser. Like a lot of reviewers have said there is no smell from it unless you stand over it. My visitors haven't smellt it either. I've put it in the downstairs toilet which is small and you still can't smell it. Won't be ordering again. Sorry.

I’ve had a four orders now from this…
I’ve had a four orders now from this company. The first order of the eucalyptus candles melts and reeds I was very impressed with the strong smell and with the very quick delivery perhaps a little too much overpowering, so I ordered again with a different scent. My second order did not arrive in the end I contacted them and they did send a replacement order. The third ordered again I was waiting a few days and it was supposed to be express so I did contact them again. And they said it was because there had been a stock issue on the website. So I ordered a fourth order while waiting for that one to arrive. I have to say I’m very disappointed as I have never been offered any discount for both my delayed and lost orders and the fragrance citrus grove, I have three candles burning in the same room, a diffuser going and a melt and the fragrance is hardly noticeable and it’s not an overly big room. I feel a waste of money and I have spent in the hundreds! This does not encourage me to order more as I have spent a lot of money in four orders without a great deal of success. I am hoping the sea salt candle fairs better. I feel very disappointed and let down.

I made my first order to this company but.obe of the diffusers didnt have much of a smell. I contacted them & sorted out straight away & within days

Excellent customer service
I purchased quite a few of the diffusers as I absolutely love all the sents. Unfortunately one of them had leaked, I got in touch and practically immediately they organised another one to replace the faulty one.

Just love these products. They smell amazing. Also great customer service. My package had arrived damaged and on contacting customer services they replied promptly and I received a replacement the next day. Great service. Will definitely recommend to friends.

Very good communication and delivery…
Very good communication and delivery from Valentte. I bought diffusers for different places in home: hallway, bathroom and living room. They produce beautiful scents as you walk by and rooms have a lovely subtle scent in the air. They are more subtle in larger spaces and that suits us. Lemongrass and Rosemary is one of my favourites. New to me recently, is bergamot and Lemon, now added to my list of go to scents. All in all a stylish range of diffusers I'll buy again and again.

Top Company and top scents.
I have been using Valentte for a few years and absolutely love their scents, they are long lasting and smell delicious. I ordered perfume for my mum (Amber carnival) and it smells absolutely amazing and lasts so long on her. Recently I ordered a gift set and unfortunately Royal Mail didn’t deliver it, I chased it up but it appeared to have gone missing! Valentte were amazing and sent me a replacement set. I would (and do) recommend this company for their
products and amazing customer service.

First time purchase, received the order quick but found one of the scents wasnt what I expected, I contacted customer service and dealt with Natasha who arranged a replacement, she also arranged the free diffuser that I had missed after spending a certsin amount. The scents are strong and really nice.
