My candle was faulty
My candle was faulty, contact Valentte informing them of the fault, asked if they would replace the item. To which they did, I received my replacement within 2 days of emailing them. Very happy with their response and amazing customer service and support. It’s a brand I use often. Would highly recommend

Beware of delivery charges
I love the products but when ordering my products screen said I had paid for annual free delivery but I've been charged. Last two orders arrived incorrectly... So think hassle is beginning to make the quality irrelevant

When things go wrong....
I have purchased many wonderful products from this business over the last few years and I have always been very pleased. However, my last order of 3 diffusers resulted in a problem. I contacted customer services and immediately they explained the situation and have replaced the diffusers! Excellent customer service, reassurance, understanding and products from this business when needed!

I’ve bought many diffusers from this company. They all smell lovely and last a good length of time.

Received the best customer service
I called Support team at Valentte and spoke with Sue, she listened to the issue and understood the situation clearly when I was explaining that I had placed an order at the end of June with Valentte and Royal Mail delivered only on 10th July to then see the box was broken with half my order missing and what was left in the box was also opened. I sent pictures as proof by email and Sue resent my order again which I have already received in perfect condition. Thank you so much Sue for dealing with this issue so promptly and professionally. I only use Valentte diffusers because they are the best.

I had an issue with a diffuser so I emailed the company. The lovely Kia responded quickly and without and invoice number, or any questions asked I was given a replacement straight away. I wasn't asking for a replacement but apparently its their policy for customer satisfaction. Which is a wonderful approach, others companies could learn a thing or 2 from this. I'm writing this review to highlight what a pleasure it was to deal with them AND their diffusers are amazing!! I will definitely be shopping there again. Well done all 👏

I purchased the mini perfume sets which…
I purchased the mini perfume sets which is £19.99. I have to say I love the smell of the perfumes, but they do not last at all on my skin, I even asked my daughter if I smelt nice and she couldn't smell it , I'd sprayed it a few times, this was Velvet Jasmin and Berry Curture is not lasting either which is a real shame.

An amazing company with so much choice
An amazing company with so much choice, great price point, very quick delivery times and fantastic customer service.
I received my order and part of it wasn’t the scent I had ordered.
Phoned customer services, which is based in the UK and is unique these days, spoke to one of the team and my issue was resolved there and then with no hassle whatsoever.
Uploaded photo evidence and told to keep the wrongly sent items!

Beware of special offer conditions!
Customers beware of special offers! A little disappointed with the special offer of buy 6 diffusers (at £65.95) and get an additional one free. My order said that I would receive 7 diffusers and at checkout I added a 15% discount for referring a friend which brought the final payment to £56.05. Even though this came under the £60, which was a requirement for getting the additional diffuser, my invoice still stated that I would receive 7 diffusers for this price. I only received 6. I phoned Valentte and emailed them only to be told that I had only spent £56.05 do did not qualify for the offer! However, my original cost was over £65 so I feel I was penalised for referring a friend. I have been using Valentte for sometime now and referred friends so Iam disappointed in their response. At least a warning should be issued before checkout to say the special offer would not be applied (as it does if an order does not meet the required payment for free delivery). Also the invoice should not reflect that the goods to be received include the free diffuser. Transparency is needed here

Fragrance not as strong as a year ago !
Smell not there now
I haven’t order so so many of these and swore by them a year ago - now , the smell dosent last and the soap is terrible after the first opening flush of fragrance
I’ve asked via instagram platform and just keep being told to email
I shan’t bother buying again which is a shame as I loved them - a year ago
I swear they’ve changed the formula but I just keep being told “your nose is used to it “
And the reply to this review will 100% tell me to email customer services - sorry but you don’t listen or even read your reviews anymore

Not worth the money
I bought 2 of the reed diffusers from the nec gardeners world, they have evaporated extremely quickly ( within 2 weeks) and I couldn't smell either even though they weren't in big rooms. I was really expecting them to be better than cheaper supermarket ones but I'm really disappointed.

That definitely isn’t the experience we’d expect with our reed diffusers, particularly in smaller rooms, and we’d really like to look into this for you. Scent strength and evaporation can sometimes be affected by placement, airflow, or temperature, but 2 weeks is still not what we’d expect.

So disappointed with these reed…
So disappointed with these reed diffusers!I ordered three plus a gift box, but I can't smell any of them, and they evaporated super fast. Even in my small downstairs study, there's no scent. I've had much better luck with cheaper, off-the-shelf diffusers. Total waste of money.

Terrible customer service
Bought a set of reed diffusers for the 50th birthday of a colleague at work with money collected from other colleagues. I paid for the fastest delivery. The box arrived crumpled and torn with the boxes of all 4 diffusers damaged. I reached out to the company on there Saturday and let them know about the situation and that i needed it rectifying by the Wednesday as that was when i needed to give the gift. They said they would send new boxes by their expedited delivery. I then heard nothing. I emailed them on the Tuesday saying I'd not received the boxes and was now going to have to give the gift in an embarrassing state and got an abrupt email back saying standard delivery was 5-7 days. When I sent them an email with a screen shot of them stating they would be sent expedited delivery They apologised for their error and the same day I got a dispatch email for the boxes. This was all too late and I gave the gift and had to apologise for the state of it! The empty boxes eventually arrived on the Friday. They were completely useless to me by this point and have gone straight in the bin. I will never buy from this company again and I will not be recommending them to anyone. Their customer service is abysmal.

This is my second order of diffusers…
This is my second order of diffusers and candles from Valentte. The customer service has been amazing as I received my order and one of the diffusers was broken (obviously broken in transit) I had a new one sent out immediately. The products are lovely and are quite strong and make my house smell beautiful. I have also bought the soaps which have a lovely creamy lather and smell divine.

Non toxic, last ages, smell amazing
Can confidently use and burn with pets and baby in the house without worrying about toxins and they smell amazing! This is my 3rd and biggest order. This time I went for buy 2 candles get 2 free I choose 3 turkish rose as I loved it from my last bundle and one I hadn't tried mango and pineapple which is different to my normal scents and beautiful so will go with more of that next time. I also got the 3 reed diffusers 2 turkish rose and one new one twilight mist and its gorgeous and received a free neroli and lemon gift box which I have had before its beautiful! The products last so long and lighting one candle in my hall after 1 hour has filled my house so I blow it out and having the matching reed diffusers I know my home is going to smell amazing all the time now
