I have been buying from Valentte for a few years and love their diffusers, candles and sprays. They smell lovely and last such a long time.
I recently had a problem and contacted customer services via email. They promptly replied and the issue was resolved very quickly. First class service thank you Valentte.

Ordered 3 diffusers and a gift box with 3 items in. Beautifully presented. Dropped a star as one of the diffusers was not boxed and I was going to gift it.

I dealt with Charlotte when my parcel had mistakenly been returned to them by Royal Mail. She was very helpful and dealt with it quickly & efficiently - my replacement products arrived the very next day at no extra charge to me, very impressed! Thank you Charlotte! 👏

I spoke to Lisa in regard to changing my order and she was so helpful and like talking to a friend. Valentte products are amazing and smell so gorgeous. I don’t get why the poor stars. I tried every diffusers going with shops and online companies and some companies start out good then change the way they do them and don’t smell at all. This is my second order. Everytime I come into my rooms I smell these. I don’t go nose blind. It’s nice to actually have a decent company making proper diffusers for once. If you don’t like the smell why order the scent. They are definitely a 5 star. And have a scent you do not get use to, so the smell fades. it’s actually rare. Even the plugs in you loose smell or start to get use to them. My bottles are nearly empty now I can still smell them when I walk into a room. Anyone who don’t like strong scents go to pound shop. What the point of getting a diffuser if the smell too strong. it smells actually how it’s advertised. Lavender and lemongrass are my favourite. I am trying something new for my extra two free bottles. Thank you for making a proper diffuser guys. Please do not change you have my regular business

Hmmm I ordered a large amount of items as they looked beautiful and promised exceptional fragrance throw. There were some good offers so I was happy with what I paid. I was also pleased to be supporting a UK company.
A couple of months in, I feel a bit deceived. I have 6 diffusers in the house, all different sized rooms and hardly any fragrance from any of them, all different fragrances too. I can only smell them for a short amount of time when I turn the reeds (I have the full amount of reeds in) the room sprays are nice, but just last for minutes. Candles smell initially and then nothing.
Thinking I may be a little nose blind I have asked others, who have confirmed they cannot smell the fragrance either.
I use Neom normally and plug in diffusers and I have gone back to these.
Such as shame as the packaging and products looked stunning and I was so hopeful. I even paid for 12
Months postage subscription!
Reading some of the reviews, I do wonder if this company maybe used to be great but along with excessive and aggressive marketing, they have changed their formulas to cheaper versions?
Anyway, I tried and fell for the hype.
Back to Neom.

I started with one order two weeks ago from Valentte and have since placed 6 other orders! I raised a query and within minutes their caring customer service team replied!! The products are absolutely beautiful, I can smell the candles even when they’re not alight, room fragrance lasts ages, the deliveries are so quick and everything is produced in the UK. I’ve always been a neom/temple spa purchaser but for the best fragrance selection, long burn with candles and definitely cost, Valentte is most definitely my go to company for gifts and gorgeous smelling products now - the cost of these items is unbelievable for top class quality. My next purchase will be beauty products - it just gets better!!! I wish this ‘local’ company every success as the deserve it.

We took advantage of the offer 4 diffusers for the price of 2. We had seen the positive reviews on Facebook etc.
The package arrived promptly but when the bottles were opened the expected fragrances were simply a very unpleasant smell which can only be described as chemical. I’m afraid our experience has not been as hoped and we will not be purchasing again.

I’ve actually lost count of the number of times I’ve purchased from this company but I can’t ever imagine stopping, I buy mainly for my own home but have often bought their sets as gifts and everyone has been absolutely delighted with them, from the packaging to the divine fragrances. I always go back to my absolute favourite which is lemongrass and rosemary, I make sure I always have the diffuser in my hallway and then I have them in my living room and bathrooms too because it’s so amazing! Always gets compliments and the house smells like a spa! They are great value for money as they do last quite a long time compared to others. I try other brands but they don’t quite hit the mark in comparison.

My first Valentte experience was a birthday gift from my friend and the reed diffuser lasted for ages, I purchased the gift set and other diffusers at Easter and they are still going strong. I didn’t know until looking at their website that they also do perfumes in trial sizes 5 for £19.99 which is great value and the scents are amazing. The delivery time is quick and the packaging is great, would certainly recommend to people thinking about buying.

I contacted customer services regarding a product I bought and the response was very quick and polite. After several emails which they also responded to very quickly they are sending me a replacement. Cannot fault their speed at responding and dealing with the matter. Special thanks to Natasha

Excellent customer service with quick delivery … lovely products at a good price…. Had a slight issue with a leaked product and I contacted customer service who gave a very quick response and a I received a replacement free of charge 2 days later !! Great company 🙏

They are not really any better than the average diffuser. Admittedly I have very large rooms but even in my smaller hallway, the scent isn't that noticeable.
I find the best things to use for truly great scented rooms are plug in air fresheners or candle wax burners. Tesco do exceptionally fabulous scented wax burner packs for £2 that really do penetrate around the whole house. Much cheaper too & way more variety of scents.

Accidentally double ordered,contacted by email to explain what I’d done and had a reply within a few hours, one order cancelled and refund on its way,amazing service!
