Rubbish quality. Wanted to send back. Argued and tried to persuade me to keep and take more credit. I sent back on principle costing me nearly $50 on top of the $150 for the dresses in October. Plenty of emails no refund. I am going to Consumer affairs to shut these guys down.

1 star is 1 too many. A complete scam. Spent $200 on three dresses, absolute rubbish. The sizes were not accurate and the material was cheap crap. Had to pay $50 to send the junk back to China for a refund. 2 months later and endless emails back and forth and I don’t have the refund. The company keep saying the parcel hasn’t arrived and AusPost haven’t updated the status since it landed in China. Stay away. I feel completely stupid.

Not even worth the one star complete rip off scam company the dress was lot worth $5 it was nothing like advertised the material was dreadful I asked fir a refund after the backwards and forwards email they eventually send a address I could send it back to Asia ! So I could get a refund I paid $25 sent it it’s now been sitting in customs for a month aust post looked into it and said that is waiting at customs for payment of import tax ! Sent the copy of letter to them now apparently it’s another payment I have to pay I’m aware I’ll never get refunded but played the game fir a while to find out the outcome

Absolute rubbish. Nothing like advertised. Very poor quality. Made by sweatshop in China. Charged $100 for two dresses with false advertising of a supposed business owner that had died and parents were selling stock cheap to remove it all. Now I see they have doubled the price to $200 per item and selling for discount of $100 per item.
Tried for refund and sent items back. 2 months later and still nothing. Not even any correspondence from them. Total scam of a company.
What goes around, comes around. Karma will see them soon

Ich habe eine Jacke für meine Tochter bestellt, auf der Seite sah die Jacke sehr gut aus, nach langer Warte Zeit 2 Wochen später kam eine billige China Jacke, die Gebrauchsspuren aufwies und das Etikett auch schon rausgeschnitten war. Ich bin mir sicher das ich in Kick eine bessere Qualität bekommen würde. Ich wollte für die benutzte und schäbige Jacke kein retour bezahlen weil es nicht den Angaben entsprach aber laut der vertragsrechtlinien musste ich die Retoure übernehmen, was ich bei solch einer Lieferung unverschämt finde. Die Jacke hätte mich 70€ gekostet, ich bin jetzt diese Jacke los geworden und werde nie wieder auf dieser Seite bestellen. Mir wurde eine Ermäßigung bis 70% angeboten aber die Jacke war nicht mal 10€ wert, günstiger war es wieder zurück zu schicken.

Dodgy and deceptive. What you get is not even remotely what is adverted. Poor quality material, cut and design. In essence a complete scam. Make you jump through hoops to return and get a refund which I am still waiting for. ABSOLUTE TRASH.

Ordered 1 sent and charged for 2.Emailed them as soon as I saw what they did. Ignored me until 3 days later said to late. THIS COMPANY IS A SHIT CHINA MADE POOR QUALITY CLOTHING WHO WOULD NOT GIVE ME A FULL REFUND. OVER $100 FOR DRESSES THAT DON'T FIT AND POOR QUALITY.

Nachdem ich über 2 Wochen auf meine Bestellung gewartet habe und sie dann ankam, war ich negativ überrascht von der Qualität. Die bestellte „Pufferjacke“ hat die Dicke einer normalen Übergangsjacke. In der Produktbeschreibung war dies nicht zu entnehmen. Außerdem war die Qualität billig und sah wirklich nicht gut aus. 60€ sind für dieses Produkt auf gar keinen Fall gerechtfertigt. Auf den Bildern von der Website sah die Jacke auch überhaupt nicht aus wie das was am Ende angekommen ist. Die Jacke werde ich schnellstmöglich zurückschicken und hoffe auf einen komplikationslosen Prozess. Jetzt habe ich 2 Wochen mit warten verschwendet und habe immer noch keine vernünftige Winterjacke auf Grund dieser wirklich schlechten Qualität. Die Angestellten im Kundenservice waren zwar sehr höflich, aber leider gar nicht kompetent. Nachdem ich eine E-Mail geschrieben habe, weil ich anfangs nicht mal eine Bestellbestätigung bekommen habe, sagte mir ein Mitarbeiter, dass er mir auch keine Auskunft geben könne bezüglich des Befundes von meinem Parket. Fazit, ich werde da nie wieder bestellen und würde, wenn es möglich wäre 0 Sterne anstatt 1 geben.

Scammers on Facebook adverts targeting you. These criminals steal other company adverts to lure unsuspecting customers into buying off their website. They also change their companies several times and pretending they are a legitimate companies in Australia or US. They send you rubbish not what was advertised. Their model is to lure customers in so they can fraudulently steal your money. They never had any intention of sending you a legitimate product they use the Credit Card and PayPal process to screw your over. They know full well that $50 airfreight return cost to China is excessive for the rubbish they sent, so most customers give up and they get to keep your money. Our Financial institutions with their suppliers return process are aiding and abetting these criminal fraudulent scammers, Basically our Banks Card Creut and PayPal that are suppose to protect us instead are forcing us to negotiate with our abuser, to to negotiate with the people that are criminals and have knowingly stolen our money, We all need to submit our complaints to our Government bodies against our financial institutions for not protecting us,

My purchase was not as described a completely different material and product.
Company offers return to an Asian address which costs $30 my item was $70
The item though was shipped from an Australian address
Or you can receive a discount for purchases ( I certain not going to have future purchases)
PayPal are useless and support this company
And the company trades by different names also.

Item was mis-described, of poor quality when it finally arrived and then the returns process was appalling (offer further discounts or refunds, or discounts on future purchases) all on the pretense of "saving the environment" by saving cost & packaging of return. Also had trouble with their website. Feel it was false adverting as Valero "Sydney" when actually in China. DO NOT DEAL WITH WITH COMPANY.
Seriously think I have done my money and have a item not even suitable to make in cleaning rags!!!

Appalling quality, material, stitching. I did not receive what was advertised. Stay away from them. Save your money. 4 emails later and all they are offering is a 60% discount voucher for a future order and telling me it's too expensive for me to return the dress to Asia so it wouldn't be in my interest to do so. I now have a dress I will cut up for cleaning rags.

Terrible customer service as they will not refund. Then off 60% voucher to use but the website is not working. I would never ever order from them again.

The delivery took a long time to arrive even though they have a “Sydney” address on their website. When the items arrived they were poor in quality including raw edges on clothes, etc. Very hard to arrange for a return - they keep on offering a voucher for new orders rather than a return even though I have stated clearly that their products are not what I would ever consider buying again.

Not even worth one star absolute scam. Cheaply made not at all like picture. Claims to be from Sydney but sent from China. To return costs half of cost of dress! Complained to PayPal they were in favour of seller. Needs to be shut down scammers!

Dress arrived, ordered a small. It was a tent. Material was awful too. Offered discounts and gift card instead of refunds.
Will be reporting to consumer watchdog.
As others have said, feel angry at myself for not doing some research before buying.
