Five star top class service!
We have used the services of Valkyrie on several occasions now and every single time they are such a joy to deal with. Helpful from the moment you enquire with assistance running through all the logistics and arrangements, and then to the journey itself which is always so prompt, reliable and dependable, you are taken in style, comfort and safety and have all the stress of the journey completely taken away. Would thoroughly recommend!

Excellent, excellent, excellent!
Right from the initial enquiry Leigh-Ann was helpful, reassuring and friendly. Our driver, John, arrived early and it was so appreciated, he couldn't have been friendlier, helping us to put a wheelchair in the boot which we hadn't even discussed at booking and even dropping a guest at a location different to the initial booking. The 7 seater was sparkling clean outside and in, with water, tissues and the charging points even had the different cables to use so you don't have to worry about bringing your own. We didn't use many vendors for our wedding but I'm so glad we chose Valkyrie Chauffeurs for our transport because they couldn't have done more for us. Thank you.

Car organised for my son's wedding
Car organised for my son's wedding. My son called to see if the driver could arrive any earlier - the driver said he would come 20 mins earlier. Then they tried to charge me £25 plus VAT as an 'admin' charge for this minor change - despite the fact that this was not raised when my son called. When I challenged this they tried to claim that my son had spilt some champagne in the car (not previously mentioned). This was a greatly exaggerated complaint - the driver had braked quite hard causing my son's wife to spill a glass of champagne on her trousers and a small amount on the carpet. The aggression of the charging policy and the general unreasonable attitude of the company are clear red flags - beware!
The reply below was my initial email reply. There then followed 'champagnegate' and the belligerent attitude generally. This is the problem with outfits like this - they destroy any residual goodwill with their approach to the 'small print' in the contract and what appeared to be a wholly disingenuous allegation to justify a ridiculous charge. I use chauffeured cars very regularly - I have never come across such a petty attitude.

Good evening, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. However, the 1 star is neither an honest, nor accurate reflection. In communication with us, you stated you were “Impressed” and “A Happy Client” with our services as per your own words (see email quote’s below). The only complaint that I can see, is that you are unhappy that you were asked to pay a 'sameday' itinerary amendment charge of £25.
As part of the quote provided to you at 1836hrs on 19/11/23 you were advised in writing that we price on itinerary and: “Should an itinerary amendment be made within 24hrs of the travel date (excluding flight rescheduling) including but not limited to additional pickup/drop off address(s) then an amendment charge of £25+VAT will incur for each amendment made.” This was not hidden or obscured from you.
You, as the booker were made aware of our payment terms at point of booking, and again when your son contacted us within 2 hours of the scheduled pickup time requesting a last minute amendment requiring him to have the vehicle 30 minutes earlier than originally requested. We went out of our way to accommodate this requested change. The driver dropped everything and left immediately (50 mins earlier than originally scheduled to get to Bristol). The driver got to him asap given the horrendous weather conditions, heavy traffic and need to still apply ribbons in heavy rain as per your sons request. The costs were relayed between the Operator (Valkyrie Chauffeurs Ltd) and the Booker (Yourself).
This was an airport transfer, not a wedding car service. But we have gone above and beyond providing ribbons for a non-bridal car ceremony service, permitted the consumption of champagne (supplied by yourselves) during the transport subject to specific conditions. Conditions that were not followed by the passengers resulting in additional cost/time to us for valeting due to spillages on the interior & upholstery. You were informed of this, purely to advise you that we had chosen to, on this occasion to waive those valeting costs, and the driver costs (driver started earlier, but did not finish earlier as accommodated comfort breaks on route). You would just be charged for the itinerary amendment.
Having not been happy with with this, you have chosen to deliberately write a negative review in an attempt to hold us to ransom, discredit our company and undermine our customers confidence. Which saddens us greatly. You can see from our other reviews that in 10 years of business we have never received anything other than a 5 star and customer service is very important to us. We are transparent about all our service costs, both at point of quote, booking and throughout. We have used our discretion to only charge for the minimum elements incurred in providing this service.
To be bullied into amending our terms to what you believe you should pay us for our services is wrong. That would not be fair to any of our customers who actually accept and adhere to our terms of service. I am sorry that you feel that it is acceptable to receive a high quality service from someone, but then decide not to pay the costs incurred for that service even after agreeing to them.

Top class service from a top class outfit
I used Valkyrie Chauffeurs for a six month period while I had surrender my driving licence due to a medical incident.
Throughout that period they provided a superb high-quality service. Nathan and Leigh-Ann are justifiably protective of their brand and their drivers and vehicles are carefully selected to maintain that.
If you have the perception that this maybe a high class taxi service, then it's far far more than that. There's a level of customer care and engagement that really elevates this to a premium service.
It has been a delight to use Valkyrie Chauffeurs for the last six months, and although I'm pleased to be driving myself again I will miss my journeys with them

Excellent service
Excellent service from beginning to end. It was a special dinner evening for my wife and I. We both think Nathan's approach is very professional and provides an exceptional value-for-money customer experience. The S-Class Merc was immaculately presented and driven to perfection as expected. This is the level of quality experience you would expect for a perfect night out. I left my cell phone in the car when we got dropped off. I rang it later on and Nathan quite happily offered to bring it to me while we were dining. Overall I would have no hesitation in recommending Valkyriechauffeurs.

Great wedding car service!
We used Valkyrie Chauffeurs for our wedding car and the service was excellent.
Leigh-Ann was our driver and was very helpful, courteous and friendly and the car was clean, very comfortable and we were very grateful for the sweets and water available in the car too!
