Good communication

Tom was meticulous and very professional in explaining step by step what the process looked like. I always felt he was my biggest advocate and was able to answer all my questions within less than 24 hours each time. He was a pleasure to work with and someone who is very trustworthy!

As a candidate, I had a very good experience with Valtera. Both Sam and Tom really care about making sure there is a perfect fit between the company who is recruiting and the candidates . They go out of their way ( coming on site to a little town in Alsace,France to meet you while you’re going through the final interviews for example ) . They are extremely reactive on every aspect of the recruitement process and are keen to create a real bond with the candidates . Their support and dedication are one of a kind !
