We purchased from this company through Amazon. The colour shown on the adverts compared to what arrived is like the difference between night and day. It’s nothing a like. The customer services. Is shoddy. Very argumentative with no want to even attempt to help or overcome there poor advertisement. Would strongly suggest avoiding this company at all costs!

This material is rubbish didn't stretch as suggested the burgundy that l have been trying to put around my Ford transit custom eco blue limited van will not stretch around as in the advert showing it stretching around the wheel arch in fact the only real stretch comes when you try to quickly move it because it hasn't stretched l can't show the pictures there to upsetting but the adhesive isn't brilliant either l have area's where it's let go of the material created some bubbles or pulled out of the curved area it's been stuck to terrible material to cut it will tend to tear before it cuts continuously blunting Stanley blades. Wish l could throw it back it looks terrible absolutely terrible spray comes out at all angles if you don't watch what your doing and the adhesive totally ruines the finish if it gets on the surface which it does if you miss a spec on the surface your putting it on or a spec on the carpet it won't stick total rubbish expensive rubbish. Only just got around to trying to fit it had the material couple of months if they want to give me my money back it will not repair the damage in the way it looks in my van thanks for nothing Bob.

Next day delivery and excellent customer care. Called about the order and was given helpful advice. Fast smooth service.

I ordered 5m of carpet lining in Smoke with the adhesive. I was worried at first after ordering I did not receive a confirmation email, then when I read the reviews I really thought I had been scammed however, the next morning after still not recieving an email, I emailed customer support asking for confirmation to which they replied within the hour. They confirmed my order and sent a tracking number for delivery, my order was then delivered the next day. Everything was there, it seems good quality and was nice to work with!

Give this company a chance, sometimes just a polite email is all that is needed. They did inform me they have been having automated system issues.

Paid for 24hr delivery, no conformation of order or conformation of sending. Been almost a week now and still no delivery.

My father passed away unexpectedly and one of the last things he said to me when talking about my bucket list ambition to travel the NC500 was ‘life is short, do it now’. After he passed I had little funds but have sold and I’m making it work.

I ordered flooring from Vandalised (I must say it’s BEAUTIFUL). Flooring arrived quickly and perfect. Unfortunately there was no adhesive that I had purchased.

I contacted through email, waited a few days and no reply. Checked reviews and suffered anxiety. I contacted through Email, Whatsapp, Facebook, text and then I called. After calling I received an email from ‘Thomas’. Thomas stated that the adhesive was in the middle of the tube (which clearly it wasn’t or I wouldn’t be calling). After emailing back ‘Olivia’ contacted with a polite professional email giving there apologies and that they would send it out immediately. Two days later I received said adhesive.

I’m happy, the issue was sorted. Communication and contact could do with a brush up as it causes people anxiety where there are companies who will take your money, people will stress. Especially after reading some of these reviews.

My flooring is quality and I have all I need and they corrected their mistake.

I went in the shop with an idea of what I wanted, staff were really helpful and I left with everything needed to kit out my van and at a good price.

Fantastic company got all my stuff to fit out my van and it looks top! Excellent quality and super fast delivery what more could you want.

I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing from Vandalised because it seems my experience mimics those of others. I purchased 15m of insulation foam from their ebay site. However what I received what much thinner foam and poor quality. I then asked to return the item and they told me to use the automatically generated Royal Mail return label. The problem is that the size limit is 61cm and being a 1m roll of foam, RM would not accept it. I assured them they would not take it, but they insisted. Low and behold, take the package to the Post office and they refuse it as it's too big. I sent several messages and ask them to provide an alternative courier. A week goes by and they finally send me a Fedex label. I take the item to a Fedex drop off point, the label is scanned and surprise the label does not work (they intentionally put the weight beyond the weight limit so it wouldn't be accepted). Email the email address on the website, no reply. Phone the phone number, no response. It is hard not to conclude that the owner is intentionally obstructing any return to avoid paying a refund. Spent 4 hours on messages, emails and driving to drop off locations trying to get it returned and no luck. Now chasing this up with my card provider as it's just really poor and owner has no interest in facilitating a genuine return.

Never had a problem when buying off these through eBay, great insulation

Terrible experience with this company. Purchased various items. Delivered in good time but some items missing. Emailed the company, called and text. No response for over a week. I then received a call at 6:30 in the morning. Obviously I didn’t answer. I then received a text to say they had tried to call and I didn’t answer. Only a mobile number on the website. Poor customer service, the items I did receive were of acceptable standard

very fast delivery, was exactly what i ordered, bought from them a few times and will continue to do so.

Don’t believe a word. Website contact states “Always connected”
Should read”Never connected”
Speedy money grab, absolutely zero customer service. Did not provide shipping details or Tracking. Left to another useless company FedEx to fumble the delivery. Still waiting after 8 days and broken promises. Avoid unless you want grief and loss!

If you are thinking about a purchase from this company I would seriously urge you to think again.
I just wish I'd read all the negative feedback before ordering from them, they are not interested in your order just your money.
They did nothing to find where my parcel was and as such I'm now out of pocket with no goods.
I purchased some van insulation from them and was told it would be delivered on the Monday but on checking the couriers site they said they had tried to deliver but the business was closed (I'm just a house) and they tried to deliver in a town 50 miles away!
The next day they said they had left the parcel at the front door, which is nonsense as I can see my front door and no-one rang the bell or knocked the whole day.
I got in touch with vandalised but they said it's been delivered and refused to chase up the parcel.
So be warned! Go buy somewhere else, to someone who cares about their customers and will help if anything goes wrong.
