If I could give them minus stars I would -

Absolute scam and joke of a company. Jewellery quality is awful and is clearly made overseas and shipped from china. The photos they use on there site are digitally enhanced and generate and do not reflect the quality at all.

The sizing is all off as well, and when you try to return they force you to cough up 50% of the price of the item and also pay return postage.

We paid $170aud for a ring, have to pay $40 in postage back to the company and are only getting $85 back to return it. Leaving us with $45 in total from a $170 product. It’s borderline scandalous and is seriously backwards way of treating your customers.

Do not buy and spend your money on elsewhere .

Awful business

All jewellery items I purchased were beautiful. One item wasn’t included the original package due to shortages, but as soon as I contacted Vanimy, they swiftly had the item televised re delivered plus additional boxes for all my pieces. Very happy with them and will purchase gifts for friends and family.

Plutôt satisfaite. L'expédition a mis du temps et j'ai donc envoyé un message privé sur Instagram leur expliquant que c'était pressé et ils ont donc envoyé une partie de la commande. Les colis sont beaux, bien présentés et raffinés (pochette cadeau, écrin, carte pour un petit mot, chiffon pour nettoyer l'argent, pochon...). J'ai adoré les bijoux qui sont magnifiques et uniques. La qualité est vraiment parfaite. Les prix avec les réductions sont corrects.

I ordered some beautiful necklaces and wow they are out of this world. Love love love the unique design and the way they shine is just sooo pretty. I had some ordering issues but they were sooo great and helped me and always left me know, when my items were shipping. They even gave me a beautiful necklace because the order was late. This company is sooo wonderful and I can't wait to order more.

The cross ring I purchased is exactly what I always wanted. Very basic and simple yet very feminine and delicate. I have thin fingers and it fit perfectly…looks so beautiful. Most importantly, the cost is exceptional! It took awhile to arrive but it was well worth the wait.

Delivery said it would ship within 3-5 business days, took almost 4 weeks! Customer service was spotty but they did give me a discount coupon for the delay. Quality of the item seem very nice, but the pictures are misrepresentative of the true size of the items (particularly pendents). Check the dimensions listed & pull out a rular to see the true size, do NOT rely on the picture for an accurate representation.

I ordered on November 23rd 2023. still haven't received anything. I sent an email, called and contacted them via WhatsApp. still no response after a week. don't buy anything here!

I posted my initial review days ago, by now the color of the ring is 90% sikver colored.
The quality is very low. If you know the quality is low be forthright and disclose the fact.

Ordered December 9 for Christmas. Still nothing on December 22. I’ll be happy to change my review if they even send me an update on my order. Looks like a common theme, unfortunately.

I ordered a ring November 28th for a Christmas present and today 12/20 I still have not received. I’ve reached out on their website, email and called. I’ve got one response 2 weeks ago that just said…
”Hi dear, we are so sorry that we have recently increased our order volume due to the approaching holiday season, and some products are out of stock, they are currently expediting production. We will try our best to deliver your products before Christmas. Thank you for your support and hope you understand.”

**BEWARE, Do not order from this company!!

I ordered my ring 3 weeks ago with a 2-3 business day processing. Well, the ring has not been shipped and when I contacted the company, they took several days to respond only to say that they are out of stock and waiting for production. This should have been told to customers prior to purchasing. I have requested a refund and have not gotten any information yet.

Scam. They sent me two and charged me twice. I had to send my ring back to get a refund and only received 13 dollars back out of the 42 dollars spent. Not only that I had to pay for a label and to ship back.

I received the jewelry I ordered from Vanimy. And I absolutely loved it. It was well-packed, and the jewelry details are amazing.
The only bad thing is that the rings I ordered didn't fit :(, my mistake, I thought the size I chose would fit.
However, it totally exceeded my expectations and I would recommend it to anyone! ;)
