Most recently, a book I ordered arrived with a small dent due to shipping damage. I reached out to their support team, and instead of the usual bureaucracy you’d expect elsewhere, I was met with kindness, understanding, and a quick, generous solution – all without the hassle of a return.

My last order has been stuck in customs for 12 days straight because Vanishing Inc is outright refusing to provide the additional documents required by DHL. The documents required are a simple invoice that mentions "duty tax paid" on it. Both me and DHL have been in contact with Vanishing Inc over the last 12 straight days and all they said was "we are so sorry, we are doing everything we can" while in reality they are doing nothing at all. It's very possible that I will have to pay storage tax on my package which will be higher than the cost of my entire order (150 euros). Multiple attempts on my part and on DHL's part have been met with either complete silence or bizarre excuses. I don't even understand what "we are doing everything we can, but its out of our control" means. You have complete control over sending a measly invoice to DHL. If I worked for you, I could create and send that invoice in 1 minute, but after 12 consecutive days you are still unable to do it. Boggles my mind what the hell is going on over there and why I'm being treated with the utmost disregard and disrespect. I'm honestly disgusted by this experience and if Vanishing Inc wasn't the only European magic retailer I would probably never buy from them again.

I've been buying from Vanishing Inc for years now. Their magic selection and original products are unmatched, not to mention the great customer service! Shout out to Kyle for taking care of me when I had a small mix up with my order. Vanishing Inc is my first choice when it comes to shopping for new magic and it should be yours too! :)

This website is phenomenal. This is a massive library, full of magical knowledge by a multitude of various magicians, at incredibly reasonable prices.
Not to mention the customer service for packages is absolutely stellar in their speediness and helpfulness.
Honestly there is no reason why those who are new or seasoned in magic shouldn't be using this. What an absolute godsend.

I registered for Magi-Fest, which begins on 1-23 in Columbus, Ohio. Unfortunately, New Orleans had 10 inches of snow, and I may be unable to fly to Columbus. I contacted VI and received an immediate response about my situation The "Support Wizards" replied that VI would do everything to make it possible for me to attend in 2026. Their customer support was impressive...kind of like magic! I have been a VI customer for years and will remain a loyal fan.

I've been learning and performing for over 2 decades, and Vanishing Inc has become my first (and often only) place to shop. I live in Canada, and shipping is only free but fast, exceptionally customer service, they live up to all policies offered and stand behind product. Their masterclass series is well done, as are all their releases.

Not just my favorite magic store online but my favorite online store of all. Have never had any major issues, and any minor hiccups have always been resolved with complete satisfaction and the utmost professionalism.

Have only had extremely positive experiences with this company. In the rare event where something went wrong with an order (never their fault - usually a hiccup caused by postal services), they went above and beyond to fix it, usually within hours. Extremely friendly, communicative and responsive.
