Dear Rajesh,

Thank you so much for the fantastic 5-star review! We are thrilled to hear that your large-scale house move from Ilford to Kent went so smoothly.

Handling a 3-bedroom home removal with a larger fleet—bringing 3 vans and 6 experienced helping hands—takes meticulous planning, so it’s wonderful to know our team arrived right on time and executed the move with complete professionalism and efficiency.

Providing top-tier, reliable moving services with fair and transparent pricing is always our core goal at Van Man Services. Thank you for choosing us and for recommending our team to everyone!

Warm regards,

The Van Man Services Team

Very Unprofessional

Very bad experience – extremely unprofessional

I booked the moving service for 2:00pm because I had to hand over the keys to my old property by 3:00pm. The timing was clearly important.

At 2:10pm, when nobody had arrived, I called them to ask where they were. I was simply told, “We are coming, we are coming.” However, instead of arriving on time, I was later told they would arrive around 3:30pm.

This was completely unacceptable and caused me a huge amount of stress on an already stressful moving day. If I had known they were going to be this late, I would have booked another company.

A professional moving company should respect customers’ booked times, especially when they have been told about a strict key handover deadline. The communication and organisation were extremely poor.

I would not recommend this company. Very disappointing service and completely unprofessional.
