Good leads. We're a small moving company and this has gotten us to 20k a month in revenue. We're planning to get a better sales and software soon to scale to 40k in the next few months. In the past 2 months I think we've only had 1% be bad leads.

10 out of 10 would recommend. The returns they promised happened. The support they provide is comprehensive. The best experience I have had with an advertising company to date. These people really care about your success and directly tie your success to their own.

Van also thinks about more than just generating leads. Van guides you through a process to be successful. Driving trackable, optimized results that identify bottlenecks quickly and find the target without fail. All specifically tailored to your situation, goals, and aptitudes.
I did a lot of spying on them to find out how they operate and what to expect before I signed up. After I signed up I did a lot more spying and this is what I learned about their operation that makes it work. They provide end to end service. Complimentary CRM to manage incoming leads, there are courses to teach you (sales, CRM, good habits), experts you can call any time on the same topics, campaigns optomised for multiple platforms like Facebook and Google. You have support through every step of the way. Behind the scenes they have valuable data that is put to work for you automatically. Data that you could only have if you run a large scale advertising operation. Most of us movers just couldn't get that type of information that tells you exactly what works, where and when it happens, and what you can expect.
So what to expect? In the first month I received about a five times return on investment. I was where a lot of us are right now. Coming off of a terrible year in 2025 we were desperately low on cash. In November, a notoriously slow month, I put my last $2000 of ad budget down on Van Media before being forced into closing my doors. It was a difficult decision. Especially because I had been doing well on referrals and repeat business for years. Then a housing bubble arrived, private equity had targeted our small businesses for deletion, mobile storage has become a common replacement for our service. Business was just not what it used to be and I was doubting the business all together. Additionally because I had been doing referral jobs for so long my sales skills were dull and rusty. It is easy to sell referrals so admittedly without help from their sales coaches I may have fallen flat on my face. And I did actually lose some great opportunities in the first month due to being rusty. Even with all of this going against me I achieved the three to five times return on ad spend that Nick, the big boss, assured me I would achieve. I realized that with all of these things working against me I could still make it in the moving business. But not without changing my marketing position and I needed help doing it. Now we are still surviving during the slow season. Going into the busy peak season we are optimistic that we will not have another dismal year as 2025 was. All I do is authorize ad spend and contact my growing audience of leads. Easy and it works.
So that has been my experience. I have tried other services that have crazy bad returns because the leads are not validated. Sometimes I literally get nothing at all when I run ads through a real estate firm or something. I definitely have never received such great support and personal attention. As I have had opportunity to interact with Nick and staff as frequently as desired. Now that I have had some time to reacquaint myself with sales and develop a routine around working leads I expect to regularly surpass the 5 times return I achieved. Especially with the busy season on its way.
I have done grass roots marketing and hired various services of different kinds over the years. In my experience this is the best advertising service I have come across. They specialize in moving service advertising specifically, that's all they do. It is so much more scalable than grass roots advertising. The monthly fee for the service is only $500. Which is completely refundable if you do not make at least what you paid in ad spend. You really can't go wrong. I would recommend Van Media to anyone who is trying to start, grow, or save their moving company.

Van Media has brought us consistent leads since working with them. I own a multi million dollar moving company and have recommended Van Media to other friends that own moving companies. The other reviews about them being a scam are false. You cannot seriously expect that in a month or 2 there will be more leads than you can handle this is a gradual growth and you can set your budget to what your comfortable. My family and friends see my ads consistently on Facebook.

This is a scam they take your money and dont do what they're supposed to!

We had been using Google for many years without any problems whatsoever and a couple of days before going live with van media leads, someone had our Google Profile shut down. We can't prove it was them but it's some coincidence isn't it. Now 'someone' has actually started a new one on our behalf knowing that we would lose all 156 five star reviews. Years of very hard work down the drain.

This is the king of scammers! I'd give 0 stars if I could. Not only is it a scam, and they try to steal your money, but they also find a way to destroy all your years of hard work. You're playing with and damaging other people's lives, not only economically but mentally and emotionally too. I hope this company soon finds someone who treats them the same way they treat others. You're the most malevolent company on the planet, vicious liars, ruthless thieves, and malicious people. Please stay away from them and spread the word!

Van media is great. I am currently using them to generate my leads. I highly recommend them. On like other lead providers, Van media gives you exclusive leads

I was contacted by Nick @ Van Media. Nick just hard sold from start and wanted money upfront..he kept making it feel like they he was doing me a favour and was I even the right fit for him?? ..he said he can double or triple my workload.! Even though after I thought to give a try and pay him..I saw the advert on facebook saying "if you don't get results you dont pay a thing"?? Well I remember mentioning this to Nick on phone...I said if you're confident in your methods you will provide service and if I'm not happy I dont pay. But if I am you charge me. He wasnt keen and wanted the money to pay his people to set up apparently..

I paid and he set it up... although every advert just wasnt a reflection of my business...it is just lies about how I operate. I made him aware.. he passed other peoples numbers...they ignored but eventually answered, I wanted to lower my range as was getting silly enquiries way to far away but they all just ignored my messages. Which made me think are the enquiries even legit?? Its completely unacceptable when you are paying facebook daily for enquiries I dont want. A few phone numbers also werent legit so I completely wouldnt recommend. Since I stopped adverts due to lack of response nobody has contacted me as they've already been paid!! Save your time and money and just do Google adwords!!

To make you mind up in why NOT to use Van Media. Since I came across Nicks YouTube video. I'm unable to upload link so just type VanMedia into YouTube and watch for yourself.

He states he'll put his money where his mouth is and if you don't get enquiries you don't pay them!! Thats not what you offered me?? You so wanted the money straight away before proceeding. Now you have had the money you are nowhere too be seen. I guess the lies have caught up with you.
He is also apparently in Dubai so my money is Tax free. WIN WIN.

Not giving the ads enough time to run? I wasn't prepared to pay for ads when you send me different so called employees WhatsApp numbers who dont answer and only show 1 tick!!? So couldn't get the issues I rasied resolved. I have screen shots of this also and you telling me they are experiencing issues!!??
Any company reading this can happily contact me and I'll share screenshots of this information via WhatsApp as it isn't really allowed via this review.

Refund my money. I'll continue to end of month after you iron out the issues I rasied but NEVER dealt with and apply an advert that best describes my business 👍 I have plenty of photos you can gain from Google to promote me...NOT a load of crap you pulled off the Internet
Do that and my word is my bond! If I get a good response and book good Jobs I'll pay you your money!
Put it this way Nick. If I just wanted a free ride the ads you do would stop after a month for me. But if I'm getting alot of work. You WILL get your £ and they'll continue as will our business..

However I do want to deal with a company that responds though. Not screen shots of randoms who are just non responsive. They certainly don't do you any favours as employees...

Van Media has been a huge help for me!

Ive owned my business for about 6-7 years, and advertising as a small, local business is always a struggle especially when it comes to considering cost. Van media has gone above and beyond to help me reach goals, and do a great job! They are super responsive with questions or requests, and help make things happen. It seems there have been a lot of reviews claiming they are scammers, which is definitely false. Contact the other companies they help, you can even reach out to me as a live example.

If you’re concerned about cost and the risk, those are the things I had to evaluate as well, and to see if the outcome would be worth it. They require no contract, you can cancel anytime, and it is very cheap compared to some companies I have gone to. Give it some thought! They’ll do a job job for you too, I’m sure.

Listen, I see a lot of fake bad reviews here and I am sure it’s from their competitors.. I work with them and never had issue. This guys honor their service and job. No fake stuff all real

Nick is managing my meta adds and hes doing good. Hes not a scammer. Even though i sent him money upfront before he sat up my meta campaign.

Great first month of results. Getting onboarded was easy. The first 30 days we spent $1400 in ads spend and got $22,000 in booked moves.

Really happy so far with the results and will continue to use their services.

I used this company recently and they managed to get me leads I only left because I felt uncomfortable with doing the hard sell
