I recently bought my new car from Mike Rossiter and it was a very quick and easy process. I got frequent email upsets so I always knew what was happening and when, and I drove off with the car only 1 week after first viewing. Would definitely come back and would recommend for anyone looking for a new car or van.

Lewis at van monster Wakefield was an absolute legend. Helped, assisted, and went through every step.

I needed a van at pretty short notice. Chris supported me through the options around the country to fit my requirements and ended up moving one from down south. Once in Wakefield it was inspected, cleaned up and available to me within a week. Great little van & really happy with it. The team on site were great, really went above and beyond, most importantly they gave me confidence in my purchase. Communication was frequent and efficient. Would definitely recommend.

I bought a Vauxhall corsa yesterday from Mike at the Warrington branch. When speaking with the team I had nothing but excellent customer service, since being a first time buyer I was nervous about where to buy a car from and what I was looking for when it comes to my first car but the team at Warrington was so helpful and understanding about my needs and provided me an excellent running car at an outstanding price. (Almost half the price of other companies) Thank you to everyone at the Warrington branch, you have made my dream come true.

We were buying a car rather than a van from Van monster. Lewis was excellent. His communication was great, he was honest and personable and he kept us informed throughout. No hard sell. The process was thorough but efficient. The company seem to care about providing a good service. Would visit again!

Fantastic service from getting the van from another branch ( not overly happy at it costing £240 though! ). But Emma was class all the way through the purchase process, a few small issues noted and sorted. Only had the van a few days so time will tell. One very happy customer though and Peugeot Pat is a welcome addition to my business.

Sold me a crafter Luton van that had damaged engine and ad blue , vw said the problem had been logged previously

Any attempt to contact the Manchester office was ignored and I was fobbed off and eventually I think my number was blocked

Final result is an £11000 full engine replacement on a vehicle I paid £24000 owned roughly a year and did less than 15000 motorway miles in

Branch contacted me back but told me nothing could be done and it was down to me to sort out

Buying my first van as a young business owner felt like a huge step, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience than I had with Lewis.

He guided me through it with genuine care, and because of that, I realised I could do it. Without his support, I’m not sure I would have gone ahead with the purchase.

It had been fully serviced, MOT’d and thoroughly inspected before collection, giving me complete confidence that I was driving away in a reliable vehicle. As someone who depends on my vehicle every day to run my business, that level of preparation and attention to detail meant a great deal. It’s incredibly reassuring to know you can trust the vehicle you’re investing in.

It’s rare to come across someone who treats customers with so much respect and kindness. Lewis made what could have been a daunting experience feel exciting and enjoyable, and the quality of the van only reinforced that I’d made the right decision. I genuinely never expected this level of care from a van dealership, and it’s because of Lewis that I drove away feeling confident, supported and excited for this next chapter of my business.

No problem purchasing the van .. few weeks later I notice warning lights coming on the dashboard..
I call the number I was given if there's any issues.. North Gate.
I'm informed that the nearest garage is 40mins away from my home.. I'm then informed that garages closer to me can not deal with my vehicle because it's a van, an there not set up to deal with vans.. why would a company called van monster deal with any garages that are not able to accommodate vans..
