This is my response to Vanquishe's reply below ⬇️ . I have recieved this exact reply, verbatim from Vanquishe after I emailed them months ago inquiring about a refund. As you can see from their reply, Vanquishe didnt give me an address from which my jacket was shipped from. Thats the only/AND most important information needed by me in order to get any type of refund!
They continue to avoid any type of refund by witholding the original shipper's address. Vanquishe will (as shown below) message me saying they will honor a partial refund once they "recieve confirmation that item has been received by the shipper". This is a complete lie! I returned/shipped my item several months ago. Vanquishe then emailed me saying that refunds are only valid within a month of purchase! They have and will continue to delay returns by witholding shipping information so they can refuse any refunds due to their "one month policy." Do not buy from Vanquishe!

Sent for adidas jacket, when it arrived it was really bad quality not even a decent copy! Company wants it to be returned to Pakistan at my expense ! Rediculas! Should be ashamed! Do not use this company!!!

I purchased an item advertised as "Adidas Mercedes AMG Petronas F1 Team Jacket." After receiving the item, I had concerns regarding authenticity. The seller instructed me to return it to a UK address. I paid $49.25 for international return shipping. The parcel reached the destination area, but the seller did not collect it despite being notified. The package was returned to sender, and the seller later refused a refund. Worst customer service ever..

I ordered a LAFC jacket from the store. While the product did not met my expectation I was very happy with the customer support and service received to handle the issue.

The merchandise received was not as advertised at all. When confronted, "customer service" advised that the merchandise is largely "replicas." In other words, an imitation. Additionally, the website states they are in the US. However, the merchandise is shipped from overseas. Our particular item, a Patriots pullover, was shipped from the Middle East (Abu Dhabi), and we had to pay import duties. Additionally, to return it, as we were highly unsatisfied with the final product, we had to ship it to the UK at our expense. The site advertises "easy returns." This is another detail left off their website. I would highly suggest not buying a single product from this website.

The quality of the jacket is nice! I was also updated on the progress of my order and it took less than 2 weeks to receive my order. The sizing is a little snug fit, so I would recommend going up an extra size but I definitely will be buying more jackets from here!

Have not received any tracking information, I ordered December 17th and it said that y’all would be shipping it out after January 1st. It is now the 8th. I’ve tried emailing you guys as well and have not heard anything back. Starting to feel like I got scammed. My order number is #138771

Buying the Beekeeper “Goat Suit”

I have just purchased a “Goat Suit” from Vanquishe. The suit is excellent quality and definitely value for money! It arrived within 2 weeks (to the uk) which I was very impressed with! I am very very happy with my purchase. I had a few questions and sizing issues, these were dealt with very quickly! It’s refreshing to deal with a company that responds to its emails quickly & backs its product.
I’m attending a function where 4 of us will all be dressed as the same theme! I thought the Goat Suit was very different, fun & yet stylish! I bought 1 just to make sure it was as good as the reviews said it was & I wasn’t disappointed!
I’ll have no hesitation in purchasing the other 3 as Vanquishe have been a great company to deal with (a big thank you to Michael H for all your help)
I’ve had lots of bad experiences with online purchases but not with Vanquishe. 10/10

⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointed – Fake Product and Terrible Service

I ordered what was advertised as a genuine Adidas coat, but when it arrived it was immediately obvious it was a fake. The logo looked wrong, the stitching was cheap, and the material felt nothing like the real thing. To make things worse, it was the wrong colour and size too.

When I tried to contact the seller to sort it out, their communication was rude and unhelpful. They refused to take responsibility and made the whole process extremely frustrating. I eventually had to get my bank involved to recover my money.

Avoid this seller at all costs – completely dishonest and unprofessional.

Also I read previous reviews which now I can see have clearly been written by the seller. It’s a disgrace.

I went for the suede bomber, and it’s a beauty. The texture is soft, and the fit feels like it was made for me. Shipping took a few days, but when it arrived, I knew it was worth the wait. It’s versatile too. The good thing about this is I can wear it casually and formally too.

Too small, poor customer service

It is the worsed jacket i have Seen. China made shit.
I wanted to Send it back but Nobody Wrote my email back.
