Great communication. They never made a move without consulting first. They will try to up your monthly payment sometimes, but its up to you and it's always in your benefit.

They keep you updated on changes to your account. You know where you stand and never have to guess where funds are being disbursed.

I was in a lot of debt and was only paying the minimum and sometimes couldn’t even pay. I reached out to Vantage Acceptance to help me out and they did exactly that. They would call me personally when a settlement was being processed or finished and congratulate me, and if a message was left they will call until they reach you with the good news.

From the very first day I became part of the program, they had been with me every step of the way. Never felt that I was alone during those challenging times over the last few years!
I had an unexpected issue with one of my accounts at the end but they immediately fixed it and everything got resolved in less than 48 hours!!
