Another outstanding level of service delivered today by the service team at Vantage Toyota Knaresborough. Full credit to the Service Manager who leads from the front and is always willing to help wherever he can. This is clearly a 5 star dealership where total customer satisfaction is their ultimate goal.

Took my car for its first service today to mid Ulster cars,service was excellent staff very friendly & helpful I even had my wee dog accompanying me while I waited for my car & enjoyed a cup of coffee also while waiting so I have absolutely no complaints the service was really tops.

I had an issue with my 12v battery last night and had to jump start my hybrid. Called the service dept this afternoon and they said drop in and they’ll check it. Just half hour later I dropped in and they tested. Turns out battery seems to be ok and was user error (of course it was), but just to check I was asked to drop it in again next Tuesday for them to test it again. Mark is a lovely man, very professional but very friendly too. All the staff I’ve met during my regular services etc have been fantastic. Thank you

Absolutely amazing experience, from the initial enquiry to the actual purchase of the car the journey was extremely pleasant and professional with no feeling of being pushed into a sale.
Jonny was amazing, every query I had in regards to the car was answered professionally and never was I made to feel like I was asking a stupid question.
When I visited the showroom (Vantage Toyota Knaresborough) I was made to feel welcome and offered refreshments.
The car was shown to me and Jonny did a full run through the vehicle and the paperwork, all the staff I encountered were very friendly and professional.
The manager Callum also came out to speak to me and thank me for my business which was a really nice touch.

I have used vantage at Knaresborough for years, and they are a good honest car dealer. They sell Toyotas which are exceptionally reliable cars, but they still need servicing from time to time. Vantage can be relied on to service the car at the appointed time, return it clean and charge a reasonable price. It really is trouble free motoring.

Charles from Vantage Knaresborough assisted me in a day with the purchase of the exact vehicle I wanted, including settlement of my former car. Very professional, fast, and highly recommended! Top marks!
