I ordered the cat themed tote bag and absolutely love the design. It is quirky, fun, and always gets compliments when I use it. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that it arrived a few days later than expected. Still, the quality made it worth the wait.

The photographs on Vantique’s website are beautiful and depict what appear to be richly detailed, pieced quilts with intricate quilting. Unfortunately, the products I received did not resemble those images. The material is very thin and feels inexpensive. The quilting is not detailed or intentional; instead, it consists of random, squiggly stitching. The item is not a pieced quilt at all—it looks more like a printed or photoshopped image applied to fabric.I was having an issue with my return but customer service was very helpful with assisting with that the process was smooth and easy

I just placed another order because I have been consistently happy with everything I have received so far. The quality, unique themes, and wide variety keep bringing me back. I think I have found my go to store for gifts and home updates.

I displayed one of your beach-inspired quilts on the wall like a decorative hanging, and it has transformed my hallway into something that feels like a calm coastal escape.

The colors hold up really well even after washing, with no bleeding or fading. I have had issues with other brands losing color after one wash, but not with this one. Everything still looks as vibrant as day one.

I originally bought one bedding set just to try it out, but after seeing the quality and design, I ordered another one for my guest room right away. It is rare for me to reorder so quickly, but this one really impressed me.

The item I received was over 20% different than what they described and showed on their website and they are fighting refunding my money. I will be fighting this by filing a dispute with the credit card company.

Still have not received product I ordered 1month ago …and after reading the reviews I probably won’t. Does anyone know how I can contact customer support.

This company is AWSOME all the way around!!! Their customer service is SUPER and I just received my sofa cover and it is beautiful and fits my sofa perfectly.
I look forward to purchasing more pieces in the future

Is there less rating? Horrible, not what picture showed, pricey, poor quality, no customer service. Recieved with no return address or shipping label. I was totally scammed!!!!!

I've received so many compliments on my hummingbird bedding. Friends and family keep asking where I got it, and I happily tell them about Vantique. It really brightens up the whole room and adds a peaceful, colorful touch.

Vantiques items do not match their pitches. We waited 1 month to receive a Quilt for our couch. Once it finally came, it was a chair covering. I checked my original order. To make certain my dimensions we correct. I didn't make a selection error!! I contacted the company. Surprisingly they got right back to me. They asked for pitchers of the product as well as the packing label. I provided that.Their reply was it wasn't damaged so there was nothing they could do. Other then offer me a 30% discount on my next order. I would advise anyone to never order from this company. YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED.

It was noted on my cell phone that my quilts were delivered to my house on March 16 at 3:13am EST. Company disputed this with me and said that they were delivered March 15th at 11:15pm. Both times are unacceptable. I had to wait quite a long time to get the products also. I thought the delivery times were unacceptable since I was sleeping. Also, my products were stolen off of my front step. I purchased Shipping Protection with Vantique and now they say that they do not cover theft?? They will not refund me the money nor give me a replacement. I am a first time customer and never will be there customer again. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company. And on my credit card statement, it has a different company name but with the same amount I paid for my goods from Vantique. The company is not reputable. They have to understand it is US the Customers who keep Vantique in business. They throw the customers under a big bus and look away.
