All round amazing service
The prices were great compared to a my local vape shop and thats what got me to order. The fact that I had the delivery in my hands in under 24 hours was amazing. The little chocolate in the box was the final touch. Couldn't recommend any higher. I even requested to not have the nicotine bottles added to the box and my specific request was catered to.
Excellent service, very helpful staff. If you need anything vape related use this company for sure! A*

Customer Service is amazing
Customer Service is amazing. I have been ordering for quite some time and have always received my orders promptly and as required so never a need to make contact. On this latest occasion, my order was processed quickly as is usually the case and I was contacted by the carrier to say they had received the parcel and it would be delivered the following day. This did not happen (carriers fault). I contacted Customer Service who immediately placed a replacement order which was dispatched and received the following day while I am still waiting for the original parcel. Thank you
