Hi I have been buying empty vapes for 4 years and with my experience with vp wholesale they provide high quality empty disposables that are easy to fill and work really well.
Always a great experience! My go to spot for cartridges and terpenes. I’ve never had a dud and have them delivered in 1 day.

Been buying my carts here for a couple years now. Great product, great pricing and great customer service. Would recommend to both big companies and small.

We’ve tried to get in touch regarding this, but we haven’t received any order information back yet. If an order is not delivered, we always issue a refund or replacement—once we can verify the order.
We also want to note that we do not ship to the UK, which is the location listed on your profile. Because of that, it’s likely this review was intended for a different company with a similar name.
If you have an order number, please send it to our support team so we can confirm and assist. We’re always happy to help once we have the correct details.
I ordered six items only four of them came. They tell me that I have credit for the two that didn't come which comes to 17.98 but now I'm order to get my items I have to pay 17.99 in shipping that's crazy. They should tell you they don't have an item in stock before hand and not for nothing I don't want credit I just want my items in a different flavor it's your mess up not mine why should I have to pay double now just to get what should have been sent to me already. Or at least give me my money back I don't want your credit that I still have to pay same price again just for you to send them. Shipping was taken care of with the original order. Nobody even gets back to me I have yet to receive an email or anything I can't get anyone to talk to me it's ridiculous. You need to put peoples payments back on their payment method. Because you scam people with that store credit crap.

Hi there, I think you may have left a review for the wrong store. We’ve never offered store credit. Our policy is to either refund the full amount or replace any faulty or missing items. In fact, we don’t even have a system set up to issue store credit.
Can you please double check the domain name of the store you ordered from? Our website is vapepenswholesale.com. If that’s not the store you meant to review, we’d appreciate it if you could remove the review, since we don’t have any orders under your name and this doesn’t match our policies.
Let us know if there’s anything else we can help with.
So an item was out of stock they didn’t contact me enough They just acted like nothing happened and shipped my order. Well, I hope they stripped my order. It’s not supposed to come for another week and I ordered it last Thursday. So that means two weeks to get your order But shipping cost $15 But after I spoke to them about one of my items not being on my final invoice, they tell me that they’re gonna credit my account. What do you mean you’re going to credit my account? How do you even know if I’m gonna order from you again give me a refund to my card Like you’re supposed to I didn’t ask for store credit nor did I ask for you to not give me an item. You could at least substituted it with something and what happens if I didn’t contact you about it. I would’ve never got anything back for you charging me for something that you didn’t supply now I’m worried if my order is even gonna come

We don’t typically issue store credit unless a customer specifically requests it. Our standard process is to refund the card used on the order. So this situation is unusual, and we’d like to review it to make sure it’s handled correctly.
We reached out and asked for your order number, but we haven’t received that information yet. Once we have the order details, we can either refund the missing item back to your card or send a replacement—whichever you prefer.
Please send over your order number so we can take care of this.
I ordered a 100 disposable P0ki Pro, Then 2 days later I get an email saying my order had been shipped. I thought great, that's fast service.
But 2 days following, I get another email saying they are sorry they no longer have my product in stock.
Then they want to give me another product instead, but when I looked up the reviews of the other products available, they had horrible reviews.
Clearly some bait and switch scam they were trying to pull.
How can they send me an email saying they shipped my product and then turn around and say they are out of stock. Something is very fishy here.

Hi,
I completely understand your frustration with the situation, and I sincerely apologize for the confusion. Since we are a wholesale supplier, we sometimes have customers come in and purchase large quantities of a specific model, clearing out stock at our warehouses before our system has a chance to update inventory in real time.
Restocking these products takes time, as we need to source parts, assemble them, ship them, and clear them through customs before they’re available again. I can see that we refunded your order as requested, so everything should now be fully handled.
VPW is legit but product quality varies depending on the product. For instance, I bought a 100 pack of their 2 gram wider cartridges and they had about a 40% leak/defect rate which is unacceptable. With that being said, many of their products such as the 1 ml screw on carts and their batteries are very good quality and I would recommend buying products which are rated highly from this site.

Thanks for your feedback. I'm glad to hear you’ve had a good experience with our 1ml screw-on carts and batteries. The 40% defect rate on the 2-gram wider cartridges is definitely not typical—I’d recommend reaching out to our customer service team to see what we can do to make it right.
Great site with helpful customer support. With they shipped outside the US

Hi,
We appreciate the support! We're always looking to expand shipping to new locations, but laws and customs regulations make it challenging. That said, we recently added Canada to our shipping options! Let us know if you have any questions.
Delivered. Thought this was a scam after tracking order sent and then cancelled but they created another order and didn't let me know. Will order again
Antwoord van Vapepenswholesale
Thanks for your order and for sharing your experience! That issue happened because our fulfillment team sometimes printed more labels than they could process, leading to tracking being sent out before the order was actually shipped. They would then have to void and reship it, which caused some confusion. We've since fixed this process to avoid future mix-ups. Appreciate the feedback, and we look forward to your next order!
Cancelled my order, no explanation given. Don't waste your time.

Hi,
I see that we refunded your order. We tried reaching out to you multiple times, but since we couldn’t get in contact, we had to cancel it. If you’re still interested, feel free to place another order, and we’ll be happy to assist.
