Vape Shop with A+ Customer Service
This has restored my faith in customer service. I have recently given up smoking and to help, I have been vaping. This is totally new to me and faced with a trillion vape businesses and a huge number of products, I blindly ordered from the vape shop. The products came by 24 hour tracked delivery which was impressive . I looked at the vape, tried to read the instructions which were printed in such small print, I ended up scanning the instructions in to my pc and enlarging them !!!!!!!! The process was fiddly trying to fill the vape, I couldnt see the access point. In the end, I gave up and spoke to Zoe from the vape shop. This femme fatale knows her vaping kits and told me she agreed the vape I had chosen was fiddly. Zoe then went through her stock and recommended a swap and sent this out 24 tracked !! So happy with the service I would thoroughly recommend any new comers to vaping to call Zoe first and she will make sure you are given the right advise and the right product for you.

We could completely picture the struggle with the instructions and filling the device, it’s frustrating when something that should be simple turns out to be fiddly. Had an issue with the delivery of monthly subscription. I got in touch by email and the delivery company DPD Had sent my monthly subscription back apparently my address was wrong even thought they tried to deliver it twice whilst I was at work.
Within 24 hours my subscription was resent and received. Very helpful and conscientious on keeping the customer happy

Couldn't ask for better
I've been ordering items from Vape Shop for a couple of years now, and they haven't once caused me issue. Even when I have made repeated mistakes with my order, they happily fix the mistake, all while being polite and friendly. The products are great, and cheaper than anywhere I've found them in shops. Always order from here as they do great products for good prices ! I happened to not receive my parcel just one time out of the many times I have ordered, which was unusual. A lady named Zoe was so helpful and her support was efficient and fast. She sent out the same order to arrive on the same day and I got it on the same day !
