Parcel arrived within one day by Special Delivery and as requested, the expiry date was well advanced. A very seamless shopping experience and I’ll be happy to use this company again.

You have always sent my orders promptly and and provide a brilliant service, it's a shame the same can't be said about royal mail. As I didn't receive my last order due to royal mail messing up.

Great service every time

Extremely good service every time thank you

I’ve been ordering my Hangssen e-liquids from here for a long time as it’s by far the best price around.

Great service, great products and quick delivery highly recommend

I ordered some Hayati liquid and was sent Fire Rose, I was disappointed and was a little worried as I couldn't find a phone number to call. Instead I messaged the number provided for WhatsApp, and had a reply within 10 minutes with a pre paid returns label.

Upon sending evidence of me sending the incorrect item back, Stephen confirmed they have sent out the correct product the same day before even receiving the wrong product!

An experience turned from disappointed to thankful in absolutely no time, this is how customer service should be! Thank you!
