I just wanted to take a moment to personally address your concerns and clear up any confusion regarding our loyalty program, as we recently made some updates to improve how we reward our customers.

Our Loyalty Program – How It Works

We actually have two separate loyalty cards running at the moment:

1️⃣ A loyalty card for customers using refillable vapes
2️⃣ A new disposable vape loyalty card, introduced just last week

The introduction of the disposable vape loyalty card has caused a little bit of confusion, as it’s brand new and wasn’t in place before. If that played a role in your experience, I completely understand, and I’d love to clarify how everything works!

Here’s how you can earn stamps:

✅ Spend £10 in-store – Earn 1 stamp per visit
✅ Spend £50+ in one transaction – Get 2 stamps
✅ Leave us a Google review – Get 1 extra stamp (which means you can actually collect another stamp for the review you just left!)
✅ Bring a friend into the shop who signs up – Earn 1 extra stamp

Once you’ve collected stamps, you can redeem them however you like—you don’t have to wait until the card is full. Here are some of the key rewards available:

🎁 Buy 6 disposable vapes, get 2 free (on the disposable loyalty card)
🎁 Buy 6 x 10ml bottles of juice and get 2 free
🎁 £1 off 10ml bottles
🎁 20% off e-liquids at certain milestones
🎁 £2 off packs of coils
🎁 A free pod or a free coil when redeeming certain stamp levels
🎁 And when you fill up the card completely, you get a £10 gift voucher to spend in-store on anything you like!

Since we recently moved from a manual stamp card to a digital rewards system, I understand this may have led to some confusion. The points system on the digital card works slightly differently from the physical card, but this was purely due to technical limitations with the app—not something we intentionally changed to make things more difficult.

How We Can Fix This

I’d really love to rectify any concerns and ensure you feel fully satisfied with your experience. I’m really sorry for the mix-up with your loyalty discount; it sounds like an honest human error, and I completely understand how that would have been frustrating, especially when you had already spent time in-store.

To make things right, I’d love to add the missing discount directly to your digital loyalty card. If you’d be happy to share your email, I’ll make sure you receive 10 stamps for the mistake, along with an extra stamp as a thank-you for your review—since that’s part of our policy.
