First time I ordered from vapex .I was scared whether I will get scammed or not but they delivered the right product and on right time. Person who I was in touch through was good and he assisted and helped me a lot.

I have previously made purchases from them, they did deliver those two times but the deliveries were always late. This time, I placed an order on the 27th of December 2025 and 2 days later (29th Dec 2025), upon following up on the order, they told me that they had a technical issue with Shopify for about 200 orders or so and that they'd send me the tracking details soon. Again, 2 days later (1st Jan 2026), I told them to send me the tracking details and they got back to me the next day, claiming that the order had been shipped and that they'll send me the tracking details soon (again). 2 days later yet again (4th Jan 2026), I told them to either send me the tracking details or to cancel the order and to send me the refund. Due to not receiving any replies in another 2 days, I started calling them but to no avail. They still haven't gotten back to me, I still haven't received the tracking details, I still haven't received the order nor have I received the refund.

Ignored me for 10 days after making a prepaid order from their site, no tracking link or anything and after that when I cancelled the order, they are ignoring me about the refund as well

got my eliquid, though it took 5 days.
