I ordered a box of 10 vapes in the flavour blue razz ice and I’m very fussy when it comes to flavours on vapes… I then had someone reach out to me to let me know they couldn’t get a hold of that flavour and they had recommended 2 other flavours, I must say I found my new favourite! So massive thanks for that

Avoid, total scam, I ordered 4 days ago promised next day delivery, no contact till 3 days later I was told out of stock but they could get me something different. No contact today after being promised priority. No answer on their phones or e-mail, WhatsApp left on unread. I have now gone to my bank to recover my £52 they have stole. DO NOT PURCHASE

This place is selling stock they don't have, ordered vapes got a text on whatsapp saying that they didn't have them and tried to sell me something else, I told them I didn't want them, still waiting on a refund----avoid----avoid-----avoid----

First I made an order and it was showing in stock once ordered I didn’t get a confirmation text or email so I called the guy on the 9th April to refund my money and to send me proof of the refund but I got nothing I emailed, called and texted no response. This was the first and definitely the last time I purchased from here customer service is an absolute joke I still ain’t got my money back nor any confirmation that it’s being refunded. Save yourself the hassle I’m going through and don’t purchase from here.

This is the only company that has reached out to me when they didn’t have the stock I wanted. They gave me plenty of alternatives that I could choose from too. I cannot tell you the amount of times other companies have just sent me alternatives and that’s really frustrating!!

Customer Service is everything
