Vapor Authority Reviews

Awesome customer service. I live in Georgia so I have to have everything shipped. The selection is great and I get my delivery quickly.

Vape Authority was a pleasure to do business with. I called another company I found first who said they would call me back but never did.( located in Florida). But Vape Authority was very professional and polite and filled and shipped my order within 24 hours. They also sent me an email with a tracking # to monitor my package. However I received my juice in 3 days WOW and that coming from California going to Virginia. You have a customer for life

After having my Geek Vape Aegis Boost Pro for several years it was time to upgrade. I found one on Vapor Authority’s (VA) website that was reasonably priced and so I ordered it. After receiving my Aegis Boost Pro I found that it must have slipped through QC because it just wasn’t working well at all. So I reached out to VA and started chatting with Adam and in two days time we figured out that I did receive a malfunctioning unit and Adam helped to get me a new one ordered and the malfunctioning one returned. Adam resolved this quickly and professionally! Great experience! They’ve earned them a loyal customer due to Adam…kudos Adam!

Having exactly what I need for all my vaping needs. So glad I found you guys. the ordering process is easy and the order ships right away and delivers fast! thanks Vapor Authoriity !!

The customer service is great and they are very helpful

I've had many Vaping sources over the years. Vapor Authority stands above the rest! Of all the orders I've made, this one was by far the smoothest and quickest. This was the very first time, I ordered on a Monday and received the package in the same week. In addition to their expedient delivery, I was super impressed with their package for delivery. Yes, it was the standard USPS envelope like others, but in their package, they include a little thank you note. It wasn't just a thank you or, business card thrown in the package, but it was in a small envelope with an actual seal. Very classy and impressive! My kind of place. I highly recommend them. I hope the wonderful service continues. I am confident it will! Keep up the good work and thank you :)

Fast shipping and great communication. They are quick to respond to product questions.

VA just made it on 'my list' of businesses that actually involve themselves personally, care about your experience and shipping is so fast, it almost arrives before you order it.
They put a note in the package expressing their gratitude for your business and have wonderful comms.
I'm quite as apathetic to most biz's are they are with me, so when I find one that still focuses on 'the customer' in customer service they immediately have a supporting fan.
VA Rocks!

First of all I wanna say that vapor authority is by far the best to purchase from!!! The customer service was by far the most amazing I've ever delt with even through my order getting lost they stayed in touch and reassured me I would get my order and I did! They sent a new order out and it came quickly I absolutely love it. I highly recommend this company!!!

The management responds quickly and gives me 5 Star Service, love their low prices and fast shipping!!

So I stopped being able to get vape juice shipped to me in NJ due to laws... The site I used to use changed a bit and the shipping was so slow. Luckily I had another address to ship to in CT and Vapor Authority shipped it out extremely fast. Selection is great, Price is great, and the company seems very well managed. Will keep using this company for my orders and recommend the same to others.

I placed an order late night, after hours, during the Memorial Day weekend sale and received my nicely packaged order 7 days later- to the east coast! I consider that excellent service. And that website! I find the website very pleasing to look through- they really have it all. I'm looking forward to placing my next order with them and wouldn't hesitate to refer anyone to this shop. Thanks again to Shawn & the good folks at Vapor Authority!

Vaper Authority is now my go-to for all my vape needs. Great customer service and FAST delivery! So happy I found them!!!

I’ve been a customer for a few years now and it’s always an A+ experience.
Great selection, fast shipping, and the best customer service which is a delight these days! No need to look any further for all your vaping needs.❤️

Great product, great selection and extremely fast shipping! I placed an order on 5/15 and it was delivered to my door on 5/17! Their website is easy to use and I was able to order online easily with all charges and fees explained, no surprises! Even customer service replied to my email within minutes! I've dealt with several online vape shops over the years but Vape Authority outshines them all. They will definitely be my go-to vape shop from now on. I definitely recommend! Overall experience rating: A++++++ 5 Stars!

This company has always provided fast and friendly service. They are very reliable and the customer service is excellent.

Customer service is AMAZING! I received a response to my email/question so quickly. I'm a beginner and had a question and got the answer I needed. It's rare to find such great customer service these days. Thank you Vapor Authority/ Adam S!

Vaping requires an education; to get started, to maintain your products, to see what's new, etc. Vapor Authority has always taken the time to respond to email inquiries or phone calls to give me the best possible vaping experience for whatever options we discussed. They are the premier company for all of my vaping needs and have solved many crisis situations over the years, no matter how big or small the task. Thank You VA!

Vapor Authority is the bomb! I have been looking for ego atomizers for a long time since the company here in my town went out of business and nobody else here sells them. I was able to order them from Vapor Authority and I went on ahead and got a new ego Vape stick and then I noticed the slamming twist sticks and decided to try one of those and oh my goodness I love it. I sent an email and let them know how great it was and they immediately replied back to me. The box was packed perfectly and a very nice card inside thanking me very much for my business. I will definitely order from Vapor Authority again.
