I’ve been waiting for over a week for my package and haven’t gotten any word from the company or usps about my package so I’m having a hard time seeing this as a place I’d go back to.

Very unhappy, not what I had expected.
I was very excited to get my G pen in the mail, I used it no more 3 times and could not figure out why it would not produce any smoke. Finally I took it apart and realized the heating element is already loose and is coming out of the white part. It will only get hot 2 out of 5 times. There's is a short somewhere in it and I'm very unhappy. I had high expectations from this product and I'm very disappointed. If possible id like a refund or new one in return. I really thought it had to be good if had snoop Dogg name on it, but was wrong.

Overall the prices are competitive, and I had an excellent customer service experience.
When shopping around online for the products I was interested in vaporizerusa.com had the better prices and good promo deals. My customer service experience was excellent due to all of my questions in a timely and polite fashion. I will definitley purchase from the company again and recommend them to anyone I know who is shopping for items like the ones they sale.
