Dress was even cuter in person. Love the colors.

Customer Service is deplorable! I placed an order 2 months ago. I was informed 2 of my 4 items we no longer available. The Customer Service in this exchange was lacking! I chose to cancel those items. I just received the other 2 items. Neither fit, they would fit a toddler or a doll. I ordered based on size accuracy I read. It was lies. Now I am trying to return these tiny items and I'm being told I can keep the items I CANNOT wear for a return of $25. I am livid! If I agree I will be out $45! I'm tempted to dispute the charge but worried my emails will bite me.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS BOGUS COMPANY!

I have been having a horrible time trying to return my purchase. The response time takes several days and still they are not willing to send a label to return my items. Then they offered a discount. What am I supposed to do with that. I just want to return the items for a full refund not another size, not a small discount. Now I have to go through my credit card complaint department because I have exhausted the attempts to deal with this. I will not purchase from this company ever again.

I ordered 4 dresses and the quality was incredible low and they did not fit to size. I have emailed their service desk 3x (per their process) to request a return and have not heard back. At worst, this site is a scam. At best, their customer service is terrible. I do not recommend buying from them. I am afraid I just wasted $150.

I sent them an email so I could return my order since they were too small for me. They wanted me to keep the items and refund me a fraction of the money I spent to buy the items. I told them I have no use for it since they were too small for me and I just wanted to get a full refund. I keep sending them follow up emails but they just stopped replying, now I’m stuck with items that I can’t even use.

The fabric of the dress I bought is worst ever... Really disappointed.

I ordered 1 mini curling iron. but received 4 and was charged $74.12. they do not heat enough to curl hair so are of no use. can find a address or phone number to contact company, feel it is a total rip off.

They looked as good in person as in the ad. Not always the case.
