We have no record of any client in our program under the name Tracer, nor do we have any record of the issues described in this review. We take all feedback seriously and always work directly with enrolled students to resolve concerns, however it is impossible to investigate or correct a situation when no verifiable client information is provided. If you are in fact a legitimate client, we are still open to resolving this privately and professionally once proper enrollment details are shared. Until then, we stand by the integrity of our program and the documented success of our students.
Tracer, after thoroughly reviewing our records, we have no record of anyone by this name enrolling in, purchasing, or participating in our program. There is no payment history, onboarding documentation, CRM entry, coaching call attendance, or group participation under this identity. We formally requested additional identifying information through Trustpilot so we could properly investigate and address the concerns raised, and no information was provided. Without verifiable proof of enrollment, we cannot substantiate the claims being made. You state that the coaching was generic and AI like, yet our program includes structured live calls, recorded sessions, direct message access, implementation tracking, and documented strategy frameworks tailored to each student’s stage. We maintain internal records of real student participation and results, and claims of templated or non personalized support are inconsistent with how the program is delivered.
