Great company! Vases all arrived on time. Quality was good!

Fast delivery, excellent customer service, VERY happy with our first (definitely not the last) experience!

I ordered 16 vases but only received 4 on that shipment because the others were damaged. I called and they resent 12 vases immediately. I received them but 2 were broken. Customer service was great was refunded for the broken vases.
All in all I'm please with my purchase but I gave 4 stars only because I think they need to find a better system when shipping glass. It can be frustrating to have to go back and forth trying to get your order replaced

I ordered the open end hurricane shades. Upon receipt five were broken and several had scratches on them and some had dents in the glass. I was not satisfied with the product. The items could not be replaced, although I was refunded for the one's that were flawed and broken. It didn't help my event.
I would try them again. Their prices are affordable and they have many items to choose from whether you have an event or you're setting up your home.

I love that delivery was on time they even called only thing was some of the vases on inside were not wrap just put in the box but they were not broken also like that the box was selled tight so that vases weren't broken

There is no way anything shipped from this company can arrive broken! Each vase was packed in it's own box with it's own bubble wrap & then the individual boxes were tightly packed inside a larger box which was completely wrapped in bubble wrap.

The vases I ordered were perfect for the floral arrangements created for my parents' surprise 50th wedding anniversary dinner! Thank you so much!!

Bought two for my betta fishes. They love it. It holds up to 3 and one quarter gallons for anyone who's curious.

2 boxes of vases came in completely broken, and they made it extremely hard to return them. We ended up just eating the cost instead of going through the hassle. So I was short 12 vases for my sisters wedding because they came in broken just a few days before the wedding and they were not able to get us new ones in that time frame.

The customer service at Vase Market was outstanding. The person that I dealt with was very helpful and answered all my questions. We received delivery when expected however, two of the 12 vases that we ordered were broken when we received them. I didn't have time to go through the process of filing a claim - it would have only been for $12 + shipping but it was a disappointment none the less. I would however order from them again but would ask about their process for product We were lucky that we didn't need all 12 vases. If we did, it would have been a much bigger issue.
