I would rate this store zero stars if that were an option. I placed an order for clothing in October 2025, and now, six months later, I have received two fraudulent tracking notifications without any delivery of the product. Despite this, they are refusing to issue a full refund. Initially, they offered me 70% of the refund due to the unavailability of the item I never received, but I insisted on a complete refund since I had paid in full. They then informed me that they were handling numerous transactions and requested that I wait an additional 25 days for the refund. After that period, I have emailed them daily, only to receive generic responses. Now, after six months of this ordeal, I am left with no choice but to pursue a refund through my bank, as this site appears to be a scam.

I ordered from Vashale clothing company and never received items, i reached out to customer support and they said they could give me 60% refund and i never received that either. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT YOUR MONEY STOLEN. THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

I wish I could give a negative star. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I ordered a pack of shirts from TikTok. I received an email with the tracking information. I made this purchase on January 1st. They immediately took out the money and 2 days later helped themselves to another payment.
I've been in constant contact only for them to say 7-10days. Well today it's been 63 days.
They said they delivered to my towns sorting facility.
Well 1st off our town has a population of 200 people. Upon talking to the Postmaster there is no such place.
They just copy and paste their response.

How do I give negative stars? This shop is not in the US they are a Chinese POS that took my money and will not refund my money. I keep getting excuses and I am sick and tired of it.

I would give no stars if possible! This company is a scam! They take your money and then lie about it being delivered! I ordered the product 01/26 it is now 02/26 (there was nothing stating it would take 30 days to ship...NOTHING! After 2 weeks, I contacted customer service, who in return offers a 40% refund of $1.56 (what a joke)! Every time you contact them, they send you a screenshot of the tracking. This has been a horrible experience. I needed this for a trip that has come and gone!

This company is 100% a scam. Never received items. Been fighting for a refund that has not been issued

Placed an order in November I never received it. Then all of a sudden in January it said it was delivered. It was not, I contacted customer service and they supposedly sent out a replacement. Here we are a month later and still nothing and its once again saying it was delivered. This place is a scam!!

I don't understand how a company that repeatedly scams people is still running.

They will not send you your items that You have already purchased. They send you a fake tracking link and after months of waiting updates that "link" to say delivered. When reaching out to customer service they said they would "re ship" the items already paid for. I told them if they couldn't deliver it the first time I'm not comfortable with trying again. They said they would re ship and if anything happened they would refund.
They emailed back offering 70% refund as their company also lost money

This has been the absolute worst experience! Ordered November 9 2025 paid expedited shipping plus purchase insurance. Got the tracking it says it’s coming from china even though it’s supposedly in the USA! Tracked until the beginning of December when it showed delivered, meanwhile I never received my order. Reached out to customer service filling them in they offered 15% refund and I refused told them I paid for expedited shipping plus purchase insurance that should cover me not receiving my order that I wanted full refund. Now it’s middle of December they offered 60% refund and to resend me my order. I agreeed I was told 7-15 days it would be delivered. Now it’s January 2026 still no refund nor has my order been delivered for the 2 time! I email customer service again for a full refund they tell me 15-21 business days. It’s the end of January still no refund and every email they keep telling me same thing over and over! Now it’s February still no refund! This is the absolute worst experience and company ever! I’m thinking it’s SCAM!!!! Be aware if you see this company on TikTok shop!

I spent over $100 and never recieved my order..order placed november 3 2025 it is now February 15 2026 i messaged them about a refund in December, they never gave me one and have just given the run around every time i ask for one.. it has been months now!! This is unacceptable!!! Also Their website says that they are based in the USA which is why i trusted them... and theyre in China!!!

Ordered item from tiktok, was able to track then all of a sudden the link was invalid. I went to website and website could not be found. Filed complaint with tik tok (no help), BBB, and now will contact bank.

This place is a scam. Do not buy ..never received items. Never received refund. This has been going on since November.

Was told it was sent out twice but got bogus shipping info and never received anything but was quick to take the money.

I ordered from there right before Thanksgiving 2025 for Christmas 2025. Never received items and I have yet to receive refund. Scam!

Scam, lie about delivery and tefunding

Basically, I did not receive my order. I started getting worried when it was almost a month with no package. Then I finally saw movement. I ordered this the 14th of December. On the 13th of January it showed delivered.No package. I contacted Vashale. This was their response"ips: Please click our link to check the tracking information. If you are unable to retrieve the tracking details, please confirm whether you are using the link we provided and ensure that the tracking number you entered is correct, with no extra spaces before or after it.
We apologize for the inconvenience of not receiving your package yet. We're on it and will resolve this promptly. The tracking shows it's been delivered. Please check with neighbors or common areas like your mail room. If it's still missing, contact us, and we'll look into it with the carrier. We'll also consider a claim if it's lost. " Then I resonded,"That is the link that I used. I live in a stand alone house. There is no mail room. I have a mailbox at the street. It has not been delivered to my neighbors.

I answered please reship. Supposedly they did. On the 28th I informed them that once again their tracking showed delivery. No package.Now I am angry, I said

My family has lived here 30+years and this is the 1st time that I have ordered and not received. Actually 2nd time sent this shipment was to fulfill the original shipment that did not arrive. I am really disappointed and out of my 31.00. I am on a limited income as I am a retired senior citizen.

So still no satisfaction Do not buy from them.

Ordered products over a month ago. The package say in my towns sorting center for a week yet my USPS claims it was never there. Then they send a notification that my package was delivered at 1am...... Let's be serious! No package and I have cameras on my house. THIS IS A SCAM SITE!

I ordered from this company back on December 3, 2025, never received my products. Shipping company claimed my merchandise was delivered, but it never was. When I reached out they wanted me to accept a 60% refund instead of my entire purchase price. I refused. It gives scam vibes. Be careful people. I won't ever purchase from them again!

I never received my order. No contact. Nothing.

I ordered from them on December 1st..they have had my money since then and I have yet to receive my package! Today is December 31st and still no package. I’m so disappointed and angry..they take peoples money and NEVER deliver the product!!’ Such a scam!! I’ll post it whenever and wherever I see the advertisement. Do not order from them EVER!!! I’m going to get my money back immediately!!!
