started the 1 step 5k Synthetics challenge.

Trades the 5 days as per the requirements and also increased my account with the 500$

But now my MT5 is not matching the web terminal and the website is stuck. WEbsite is not updating and my challenge just stays on "pending"

Emailed the support team to ask for guidance but still waiting on feedback.

They will miscalculate and find issues to not pay you out. They advertised 0 denied payouts, they look for issues with your account before you can request a withdrawal. I am officially done with South african brokers. They all scammers. The Instagram page has disappeared. Its a sign, becareful before the rug is pulled.
