NOTTING HILL Slim Zip
The wallet looks slick but not too fancy. Just a touch of "wealth". Came in a nice packaging. Very obscure. The only problem I find is when inserting paper money into the designated slot, it is quite troublesome because the strap is not flexible. A flexible strap would be a much more finer experience when inserting bills.

City wallet for a European trip
Bought the City wallet in Cognac for a trip to Europe. Wallet worked very well for the limited number of cards and bills I wanted to carry. It fit well in a front pocket. I took off a star due to confusion over whether the order had been confirmed and would arrive on time. To its credit, Vaultskin wanted to ask me, a US customer, whether I’ll I understood that the City wallet wouldn’t accommodate US dollars; once I responded (yes), the company went radio silent, leaving me in the dark on whether the order was coming. So — quality of product very high; price was right; take the customer service up a notch.

Not just quality products, but excellent post sales service
My wife bought me a Notting Hill wallet in 2018.
I'd designed my own wallet which I was going to make, but the NH was almost the same size and design.
When it arrived beautifully presented I was smitten.
Ideal size as the UK £20 was diminishing in size and room for cash too. We like our pennies in the UK.
I loved it and used it daily. The leather is excellent and has a delightful patina. Even the elastic card pull was working fine. But despite being a very careful user, the zip started to undo a few times whilst in my pocket.
Enter Vaultskin's team.
They responded promptly to my issue and unexpectedly sent me a new one!
I responded by persuading my wife she needed a Belgravia Zipper Wallet in champagne.
They so deserve more business.

Broken wallet chain
Within a short period of time, about 3 weeks, the chain on the cell phone wallet broke. The clasp on the chain no longer closes preventing me from using the chain and the wallet.
Please provide a replacement chain. I purchased a red cell phone wallet for an I Phone 8.

Vaultskin Invisible Chelsea wallet
The Vaultskin Chelsea wallet is the perfect transparent companion for carrying your cards and bank notes. Slim and unobtrusive slipping into a front pocket for safety with zero bulk. A pleasure to use daily, carrying the daily cards and enough bills to cover any outing.
Purchased two wallets 6 years ago, the one for my teenage son was heavily used and burnt out after four years, however mine although still physically perfect with soft usage patina has finally let go internally no longer operating to raise the cards from their sleeping position.
Upon giving feedback to Vaultskin their customer service went beyond expectations to assist.
I Cannot recommend this wallet or Vaultskin highly enough, as a functional daily wallet it gets 5* from me and 10* for customer commitment.

99 Problems and this is ONE!
While at the store, i "tested: the product to find that my Credit Card worked while having direct contact with the VaultCard. Did I not "activate" the VaultCard? Did I used the VaultCard in a way not intend? Not sure. Would love to understand why the VaultCard did not work by blocking the RFID signal from my card in the way I expected it should.
Please advise.
