Useful and stylish
I have had so many compliments about my Victoria iPhone case. Now I no longer struggle to find my phone when it rings, and when I want to take a quick photograph it is always to hand. When it’s time for a phone upgrade I will definitely be back for another case. The guys at Vaultskin were so helpful, delivery was foc, altogether a great experience.

great customer service, poor experience
I was sent the wrong order twice before finally receiving the correct one. It’s not a bad wallet, but the cards I have stick to the inside every time I use it, which makes it difficult to get them out.

As for the issue with the cards sticking, this is not the experience we want for our customers. We use genuine leather, which can sometimes lead to cards sticking. Over time, the leather should naturally loosen up and alleviate this issue. However, to assist you in the short term, we recommend placing a single card in each slot initially, which should make it easier to remove them.

Poor customer experience.
The ethos of the company appears to be one of seeking excellence in the design and manufacture. They seem to have forgotten about customer service. I ordered a product, but was not informed that it is out of stock in the UK. It seems to be coming from Germany, but no trace of any progress. Never had this problem with Bellroy products! Looks like others have had the same poor Vaultskin service.

Excellent craftsmanship. I loved the wallet phone crossover, but unfortunately, it was a little small, the return process was the best I have ever seen. This company is TOPNOTCH. I kept the vault card because I know it will help keep my personal data safe. I love this company!
