Superb service. I ordered my usual size but having lost weight they were slightly too large.
I emailed for a swap as I was going abroad in the next 5 days.
The wonderful person Kim, suggested I just reorder the size required and send the others back as a return to speed up the process of getting the correct ones

I re-ordered and advised Kim of the new order number. The vests were with me the following day. Absolutely brilliant
I sent back my return and the credit was in my account within 7 days.

My wife has been an Ileostomist for 40 years and, last May, we became ‘Ostomates’ after I had a Urostomy! She has had super service from Vanilla Blush in the provision of Ostomy underwear and now it has been my turn. Following my order for Ostomy pants (which are of super quality and value) I was contacted by the sales team who ‘cancelled’ my order so that I could re-order and have the benefit of a promotion offer. Now that’s Customer Service!

Excellent service. The garments are very well made using strong fabric. Great value for money. I have looked at other makes and Vanilla Blush is well above and beyond them.

I bought the vest because of an abdominal weakness not a hernia told by my surgeon. Vest supports the area on a daily basis. Very good better than any others.
